@@julieannejoolz too many excuses, too busy working, always putting off what I want, etc. I've decided after seeing the woman in the video, I'm going to drive myself. Really looking forward to my adventure!! Thanks for the push, Julie.😊
@@julieannejoolzuhhh maybe they are disabled. Don’t live/work near an ocean. Never traveled due to financial issues or medical issues. Just because something isn’t hard for you can be damn near impossible for someone else. I’ve never been to the ocean either. But I’m disabled in a wheelchair and don’t travel much on CHEMO. But like you said , it’s not hard, right? Well fighting lupus is fucking harder.
I grew up 30 minutes from the Atlantic and have always felt a little sad for people from land-locked areas who don’t get to experience the majesty of the ocean. Things you can’t pick up from video: feeling the tide mysteriously pull at your body, the sea-salted air grazing your face, the sand between your toes. Nothing like it in the world.
I grew up in the Midwest. The closest body of water was the Mississippi River. Once I saw the ocean as a child I knew I had to live on the coast. I moved to NYC as an adult and went to the beach on Long Island every weekend. I'm 67 and now live in Florida near the ocean. Could never live anywhere else.
I live in Delaware about 15 mins from Rehoboth Beach I love the ocean and couldn't imagine not ever seeing it...its my peaceful place...so happy she had a good time.
This is so precious 💖 😭 💜 💗 🤧 💓 💖 😭 💜 💗 and heartwarming 💕 💖!! . God is smiling down from Heaven seeing this beautiful moment . Just pure love and joy❤. It doesn't get any better than this.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Awwww I LOVE seeing moments like these. It puts the world into perspective. Seeing the sheer joy on her face is priceless xx I am SO SO pleased for her x God bless her xx ❤❤
I think all that self-love went to her children. Sometime mothers deny themselves happiness and extend to their children first, and they are the last ones, especially if they grew up Feeling that they didn't deserve anything good for themselves because somebody denied them happiness as a child
I am 61 and have never seen the ocean! Every time I booked a trip a hurricane would ruin it for me. It’s still on my bucket list but my health is failing fast!
My mother said she wanted to see the ocean before she died. Luckily, she got to. She died less than a year later at 46 from being hit by a drunk driver. So, so happy she got to experience it! This brings tears to my eyes!!😢
As a man who was born my the sea and has lived by the sea for 35 years, it brings me to tears knowing that there are pro who will never get to see and feel the warm sea or beach sand 😢
My mom is 86 and has never seen the ocean. Now she's not in good health and my sister, who she lives with, is basically her jailer. She won't even let her go anywhere. She constantly says she can't travel far for one reason or another. There's really nothing I can do at this point.
I'm 75 and have never seen the ocean for a number of reasons, usually money. My wish still is to see the ocean before I'm gone. This video is so precious and sweet. Makes me feel so happy to see her at the beach.❤❤ (and I live on the west coast in the state off Washington) Maybe one day I will see the ocean in all it's splender (don't have anyone left to take me nor friends who would offer nor the funds 😊) Enjoy your weekend!
I have been a few times. It’s wonderful to see. It’s beautiful! But I don’t like the water. I can’t swim. It scares me. It was not that great to me!! Once was really enough. I went more times with my sons!! I am lucky I live in Alabama and not too far from the water!! 💧
Not everyone who live in land locked country in central continent could afford a trip travel out of their country. Millions of them would never see ocean in their whole life.
It’s weird you don’t understand some people are unable to due to different circumstances in their lives. Finances, family, distance, illness, you never know what their struggles are.
I am 75 and have never seen the ocean. I am thrilled for this woman.❤
Why haven't you made the effort to go and see an ocean, surely that's not hard to do?

What a good son❤❤❤

Where are you, I’m in Virginia???
And am 62, if I’m not too far away from you I’d take you. You must go, it’s so incredible ❤❤❤❤
Try the beaches in California or in Hawaii.
Come to Florida in the winter, the weather is great and no hurricanes during that time.
The first time i saw blue water i just couldnt stop staring. It looked like a book with the trees on the hills. I didnt want to leave.
I don’t know why it made me cry.

We come from the waters and you can tell
My grandma is 80 and she’s never seen the ocean in person.
My mom is 86 and has never seen the ocean. Now she's not in good health and my sister, who she lives with, is basically her jailer. She won't even let her go anywhere. She constantly says she can't travel far for one reason or another. There's really nothing I can do at this point.
I'm 87 and have never seen an ocean or mountain.
Do you wish to? Is there a possibility you could?

I’m glad I get to experience the ocean. I on the edge of Virginia… but i hate sand😂
Nice❤
