- Yamaha R15 M is one of the 18 different products from Yamaha on sale in India. It has a starting price of Rs 180800 and comes in 2 different versions. The Yamaha R15 M generates a max power of 18.4 PS @ 10000 rpm along with a peak torque of 14.2 Nm @ 7500 rpm and the engine is mated to a 6 speed gearbox.
Bajaj Dominar 250 is powered by 248.77 cc engine.This Dominar 250 engine generates a power of 27 PS @ 8500 rpm and a torque of 23.5 Nm @ 6500 rpm. The claimed mileage of Dominar 250 is 35.03 kmpl. Bajaj Dominar 250 gets Disc brakes in the front and rear. The kerb weight of Dominar 250 is 180 Kg. Bajaj Dominar 250 has Tubeless Tyre and Alloy Wheels.

@testvideos3715 when added with the weight of supplies, the weight of the overall bike goes significantly up. A few kgs reduction won't hurt the touring experience.

Aur abhi to 6500rpm par limiter hai 2000km pr servicing ke baad limiter unlock ho jayega
Dominar beat the R15 because its a 250 cc bike and the r15 is a 155 cc bike... So the dominar has 95 cc more than the R15... And despite being heavier than the R15 it has more torque and more horsepower..... So if we race it against Yamaha's 250 cc series bikes then i guess that would be a disaster for Dominar 250

If the Dominar 250 weight is around 150kg with that power output it can go as fast as the Ninja 250SL tops at 170km/h and D400 will easily reach 180km/h if it weights like Duke 390. But weight it the most difficult thing to do on a budget oriented bike. Aluminum chassis cost a fortune.
R15 being a 155cc bike still very close to dominar 250 & even if both have same price r15 will save you half the money by 50+ mileage.

d250 top speed is 159kmph..that d250 is brand new or hasn't been broken properly..

Always use original lubes from any company even if your service has done just go to service centre or any lubricant store and buy the specific company oriented lubricant for your bike and scooter.
