I am having bad anxiety and stress, I'm always worried that it might turn to other mental illness.
I'm scared but still living I want to trust God but my anxiety makes me not. I don't know how to handle this so I always pray to God to help me trust him😭 I need comfort.

Worry drowns hope. Most of what you worries will never happen. Fears and worries are acquired you were not born with it. Believe different.
