I needed to hear this message today. I was so worried yesterday about all the things I couldn't change. I stopped for a moment and prayed and I said, Lord, take this anxiety off my chest. You are the only one who sees into tomorrow. I can't even see past a few feet without my glasses. At that moment, it hit me and I said to myself. What a waste of my time. I literally dropped the anxiety and kept it moving. Thank you Jesus

I relate to Joyce a lot, I’m 24 and have been praying for my moms salvation for the past 5 years at the same time praying for my own. The feeling of wanting someone to feel God so bad the same way you did , is crazy. I pray every night that he is in my moms heart even when she doesn’t allow him to be. It takes time , and they might not realize it while he’s working but he’s working on them through you daily. Sometimes I feel like he really makes Joyce messages right for me ❤️ I thank God seriously that he allowed me to stumble upon her in the early stages of my saving , almost everyday since then 5 years she has been on my journey and taught me so much. Everyday crying n praying to God for help n its almost a year now, but my burden is still the same, I'm totally helpless n confused, full of problems tension and tension. Almost a year ago someone that I really trusted took me to her chiropractor and he completely destroyed my body and my life .. For the beginning, church is not all god wants us to do and I always do my responsibility like now I have a case and I’m innocent so my responsibility is to tell them my situation as I did but now I am struggling with not worrying knowing how their are many crooked cops & idk how things will go because ain’t no telling how the crooked cop is fighting to do whatever he can to keep my property he took for no reason & jail so ima make sure I make it to court which is my responsibility as I have a relationship with god but going to church is not what god has every told me in my spirit. I was only going because ministers try to make it seem like for their benefit that god wants me in church or eles I’ll have problems in life ect or if I’m not going to church which I don’t ans won’t, then I’m not doing my “responsibilities” or that I’m not good enough for god to love & bless me when he’s blessed me much much more when I left the church as god wanted me to cuz it was the wrong church and they only focused on me when I was their and based all his sermons on things I was or wasn’t doing or didn’t wana do if I was & god never wanted me there but ppl talked me into it saying how I “need” to be in church but I finally broke free from a manipulative church and since then, I’ve had a good job, finally had a car & my own place which I almost never could even picture me having my own place at all and I’ve met & hung out with my at the time ex favorite rapper as well all after I left the church is my point and what they’ll say about that is that it’s the devil blessing me when I not only got things I needed but wanted as well and the devil will never give you things you need & ive always needed a car but if I would have gotten the car while I was so deep in church, if I got robbed, I’d not even fight back scared of how the church was gone say I’m wrong so I’d just let whoever do whatever as they’d want that’s in the church but god gave me much brains and strength to easily be able to protect myself even from ppl way above my weight and that didn’t come from the devil but it came from god so I can kill the devil when he tried to come & be bigger than me on size but church will tell me to let them have their way and pray for them and if I was still like that, I’d lost my apartment cuz I’d let an enemy stay with me just because I had the space and he needed a place to stay and was homless and he’d in purpose would have caused me to lose my apartment by playing my music too loud more than once and I’d got kicked out just like how he lost his own place and tried to get me fired so if I was still deep in church, the blessings I got now, god couldn’t give me to me then cuz I’d been too nice and dumb and thought my intuition not to help some ppl or fight back was the devil and would have been lost it all not using what god put in me to keep & get my blessings like now and god is still adding to my life 💯& im still not going back to church as I never was happy there anyways but was forced and manipulated to go and always couldn’t wait to be free even if it’s meant for me to be a preacher myself, I won’t do it in a church I less I have a husband who agrees I should and whoever I be with will be a very holy person that god loves very much who’s experienced the Holy Ghost himself as well to where he’ll never forget it or the goodness of god for himself. I hope this isn’t offensive but understood about me only and I’m not saying that everyone should leave the church but if your choosen then you should because you can’t let other ppl lead your relationship with god is what god wanted me to know and for a reason but sermons does helps a lot every now and then but I hope this ain’t offensive or misunderstood tho. This is just for me. Not saying others should follow but this is just me and my life ans walk with god. 💯
