The story of #PyariMona revolves around the main lead Mona, an overachiever, strong and courageous girl who excels in everything she does but, being a plus-sized person, Mona has to face challenges, problems, provocations and taunts just because she doesn’t meet the conventional standards of beauty set by our society. The serial highlights body shamming, bullying, harassment and its social and mental implications on the victim in a society with unrealistic expectations from women and stringent standards of beauty. Pyari Mona is an unconventional and interesting story of Mona as she navigates through her life. Written by Haseeb Ahmed, directed by Ali Hassan and produced under the banner of Momina Duraid Productions, the serial also features Mashal Khan, Adnan Jafer, Muhammad Hunbal, Naureen Mumtaz, Uzma Baig, Shaheen Khan and others.

Every episode of Pyari Mona seems like same, revolving at the same place, same pace, no change of story scenes and dialogues.
The father's role is very good! However, without Irfan and Kinza this would have been a very boring drama. I'm fast forwarding the lady lawyer's part.

@@d-vegan-grandma6630 Arre, I wasn't referring to fate. I was referring to his nature of being the nice and better person. That wouldn't let him go for any kind of separation. He's a decent person who knows his worth and his duties.
Part of being nice is that he is nice to everyone. And also probably, his wife's cons aren't much compared to the disasters that would follow if he had left that marriage and found a new one. His children would have suffered and no decent man would do that especially when his personal equation with the wife was fine.
He is a judge/lawyer by occupation in this drama. Perhaps his work and experience have shown him enough broken families and their problems which has toughened him up and he has learnt that ending a relationship isn’t always a solution. So, he deals with his wife in such a light-hearted way that she never gets on his nerves.
Lovely drama.. Wonder why so less likes..

this drama is getting weirder day by day, the abrupt changes make no sense. They initially showed mona as this independent lady but then out of nowhere she decided to sacrifice herself for her niece and now again she's acting like an "independent" person, i mean she shouldn't have married him in the first place. This is getting infuriating and boring.
