    At the video, after you mixed 120 ml milk and yeast, you added 15 mg of milk powder. It was not in the recipe. Any reason why?

      Sorry for causing the confusion. The error is my mistake of forgotten to write it down on the recipe. It is correct. I will update the recipe accordingly. Thanks for highlighting this error. A thousand apology !

    Why don’t adjust the amount of the ingredients so that the bread is baked entirely in the BM?

      The recipe was taken from a website. I have put it in my description. I am taking recipe from elsewhere to try it on the BM. It's more experimentation as I also don't know the outcome.Yes, I will be adjusting the recipe to try again till I get the right one for this BM. Also I will be mixing the recipe with the soft bread recipe.Do keep a look out for my video.Thanks for supporting and commenting .I will be uploading more videos as I experiment with other recipe.Do subscribe if you like to see more of it.

    Hello :) May I know why you used the Graham bread mode? And why you had to take out the bread from the pan to fold?

      Graham bread mode on the BM has the option of milk if you want instead of water whereas the rest of the mode is water. Taking out to flatten out the gas and fold it , for me is to give it a better shape when it start baking...That's is my take on this and also read and watch bread making video. Perhaps There are other way of doing it..like just leave it and left it do the job...but I find that the shape of the bread doesn't turn out that nice

      This recipe I think will be great if bake in an oven as you can see the over "inflate" of the dough in the BM. Recipe need some changes if it were to bake in BM
