    Seeing the garden girl do this the other day she worked from the bottom up which is easier to put those wires on the way you're doing it you have to lift the pine cones up to get the wire underneath there to go around and around so going from the bottom up would be easier

    Very pretty. Love the woodsy look. The pedals on the pinecone are called Umbos or Scales. I cheated, I googled 😊Thank you for sharing. Happy New Year

    In another demo of making a swag, the instructor went from bottom cones to top. It was easier and laid better and gave a more V shape.

    Scales!
    And if your pinecones aren't open enough for you, pop them in a low temp oven for a little while.

    I take it you're using fresh for me I would be using silk greenery and putting a little dab of glue here and there would be so much easier

      Thank you! Can you tell me about the bleaching process?

    • @wandablaylock3352
      @wandablaylock3352 9 месяцев назад

      I put them in a bucket with half bleach and 1/2 water. Put the pine cones in and put something to weight them down because they will float. It said an hour but I had to leave them overnight

      @wandablaylock3352 9 месяцев назад

      You will need to spread them to let them dry. Best on a sunny day for whiter cones
