Synesthesia is definitely not the same as seeing Aura's because when Jimmy said ' I feel RED' I was like YES because that is a major color in your aura! lol
Very Different that is correct! Synesthesia is more personal to the persons brain. Auras and energy dont lie, auras are emf based in the frequency of our bodys that we can see either from aura photos or people like you who can see them :-)!

There is such a thing as “aura synesthesia” it’s really just personality-color synesthesia but projective, meaning you see colors over the persons physical body

The new album is fantastic- coming from a 48 year old, semi-music snob who dislikes most modern music- but I sought out everything Billie and Finneas did after Listening to them- She reminds me of any good singer where when I was younger I would think "They're going to Last- be great at 17, great at 40, great to hear what they do at 60" ---- then I did the math, and realized when Billie is 60, I'll be 88 and probably dead! (sad) she'll still be great though

I never spoke a word about this, never told a soul in my long life and didn't even know what it was for decades...I have synesthesia too.
I never knew that was a thing, but I always tell people that I associate color to years or moments, that's why I have a clear memories, and people never understand. Maybe it has something to do with synesthesia
@@amandaamorandi Almost certainly. Strangely, I have found that when I begin to fall asleep, my synesthesia gets more pronounced...particular the aspect that associates numbers, letters and words with tactile perception (touch).
Most people don't realise about it until they're well into adulthood, as we don't generally talk about the way in which our brain processes information. So we assume that everyone does it in the same way we do.
@@kiwiavocado6500 I knew I was weird ever since I was 7 years old and my teacher used to stick me out into the hallway while she taught the rest of the class...so I was never under the delusion that people think the same way I do. 😁
@@kiwiavocado6500 I found out just today that sounds sending feeling sensations throughout your body isn't normal but apparently after I was doing studying on mental disorders it's not normal to mix up senses like that I thought everyone precised reality like this but at 15 apparently not.

synesthesia has always been so interesting to me. love billie but she's not exactly the best at explaining it. its basically when more than the one sense thats supposed to be stimulated gets stimulated, some people can taste songs or colors, or hear colors, etc. its very interesting stuff
for me (I have it too), Billie explains it perfectly! there are hundert forms of synesthesia and I totally associate my synesthesia with Billie's way of explaining it (especially here: ruclips.net/video/kOIVaJgv5zE/видео.html)... so for me she explains it very well (even though my way of seeing/feeling/hearing... things is not the same as hers) :) of course there are 1000+ ways of explaining your personal experience with synesthesia but because of that, I would never say, someone who explains it the way they experience it, explains it "in a bad way" - you know :) (ps this is no hate at all, just my unasked opinion because I love her explanations every time I hear them haha) :)
@@user-od4uj oh no i wasnt saying because of the way she experiences it that she was explaining it wrong. and i didnt mean it as any hate to her either, just personally if i didnt already know what synesthesia was, i wouldnt understand her explanation of it. obviously you do because you also have synesthesia, i do not, just have done some reading on it and wanted to maybe help someone out who's in the same boat as me (doesnt have synesthesia and found billie's explanation a lil confusing) and i wasnt saying she was saying it in a bad way, just that she's not the best at explaining. i love billie, i have since i was 13 (im 18 now), and im going to one of her concerts in march. this was in no way meant to sound rude towards her or anything like that, i really just wanted to help some people out that maybe didnt understand her explanation

@Sandy Gan I hope you don't mind if I answer your question :) as far as I know from my own experience with synesthesia, it is different to everyone :) one of my close friends has it too and her colours (at least till today) stayed the same, whereas mine change sometimes - not every time but they do sometimes :) but it's also possible that you see different colours every single time :) as far as I know, the most common is, to always see the same colour but I don't know what it is like for Billie and her family :) hope that helps a little :))
