I cut off everyone who wasn't on my level, and found just how dope I was. People will take this as being cocky/conceited but I could care less. My entire life I've always tried to befriend everyone. I saw the good in everyone. And tried to keep the peace however I could. Nowadays, I'm done keeping the peace when there's no peace to be kept. Someone speaking crazy? I'll call em out. Someone disrespecting me? I'll disrespect em back. Someone challenges me? I challenge them back. I fear no man, and walk with God everyday. I cut off all my half assed friendships, including my best friend of basically my entire life, and cut off family members who didnt deserve my love. Just because I treat my family above all, doesn't mean my own family will do the same. I'd rather be at peace and alone than ever have to bite my tongue or tolerate another human being. And let it be known, I am not happy. I am more at peace with myself and value myself more than others. It's my life, I'm allowed to. Fake happiness in a fake group, or true peace and awareness in complete solitude? Your choice. Praying I can meet David before my time is up in this world because I feel we could have some great conversations. Best of luck anyone who read this ❤🎉
Feel you brother, people aren’t prepared or are too scared to cut off family or people they have known their whole life. If it doesn’t benefit you or isn’t helping you progress what’s the point. That’s not being selfish that’s called being smart. On the same path right now at 23 so it’s nice to see I’m not the only one trying to better myself which and find peace which comes with letting people go.

I lost over 100ibs since last year or so. I'm actually getting leaner everyday. I have a vision and a goal. I feel stronger lighter everyday. I got injured . My wrists. And some other stuff. It really hurts when u r getting fit. It's like your body fights back against your brain.

This makes me a little sad. But highly motivated and dedicated. My mom was always in my foxhole and supported me, pushed me, and encouraged me. I miss her everyday. and everything I do, I do for her. Because she always believed in me. I left my girlfriend and I was tore up. But she lived a bad lifestyle, and was taking me down with her. Mr. Goggins motivates me to keep moving forward. I want to be like this guy. I have had major health issues my whole life. But now I'm doing alright at age 27. I want to be able to run a hundred miles without running out of breath. I started doing all these exercises when my parents were out of of town. I was doing great. But then my girlfriend and I broke three day before my mom came back, and I unintentionally stopped doing everything. And I feel like my mom is holding me back. She's not but just her being around makes me not want to do anything idk what's causing it, and it's driving insane. I don't know how to get beck into the exercises and all that.. it's literally just a matter of" just get into it again, " so I don't know why I'm stuck.. sigh...

He is not reading anything. It's a selection different podcasts he made on different channels
Concentrate on what he is sharing, listen to it often. Repetition is the mother of learning.

Ask urself, r u giving ur 100%. You ve got the night with you and early mornings. Dont give up on ur kids or family. Kids they need you. Ignore the wife if she doesnt understand your needs. But the question is r u giving ur 100% yet, its a step by step process. Dont go just all in giving up all in life. We ve got 24 hrs. Sometimes the problem is in us but we would like to blame the world for it. First sort urself out. I m sure things will fall in place. There are times when we have to go all in but I guess that time isnt 24 x 7. When that time comes, I m sure you ll be able to take that call as well.
