I’m tearing up… this may be an older video but it just hits harder now with the series still on its way down, even if some of the character choices at the end are outdated. It stung me when Sonic broke down, partly cuz it sounded so real (kudos to the VA) and partly cuz he’s the character I hold closest to my heart. No amount of bad games or company betrayals or anything will ever make me change my mind.

I was only watching this because it came up in my recommended and I figured there would be a funny twist, but when Ty the Tasmanian Tiger came up I genuinely gasped and started to cry a little bit. That game was so good and SO underrated and is absolutely one of my favorites to this day. I never actually thought I'd see him in a RUclips vid!
In reality, Ty the tasmanian tiger isn't dead, I just saw him on his 2 remakes of Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5 and maybe XBOX.

You are only truly dead when nobody remembers you. As long as someone keeps you in their heart in some way or another they are never truly dead. Ty, bubsy, Klanoa, Alex kid and the rest aren't dead because we remember them.

An excellent quality animation, but the concepts of it have aged terribly.
Sonic is hardly dead. Movies, Frontiers in late 2022, tons of merchandise, comics, and a HUGE dedicated fan base. Not to mention that some of these mascots have returned. Crash has been back for a while now.

Tears of nostalgia only began to flow when I saw and recognised Croc. Its a damn shame that he's been forgotten. I remember when I used to play him when I was a little girl, but one day the game disappeared. And to this day I think of it every so often, thinking of the good times playing it.

I've seen this video 3 years ago, and I didn't know the Sonic The Hedgehog community was dead back then.

I may be late, but there is something no one mentionned here : there is a movie now. And it's a good one. Sonic the movie gave me hope, because it is a come back to the source material, a return to the things that made Sonic the way peope liked it at the beginning. The games today aren't going anywhere, because I think they don't know where to go.

So here are my thoughts on this annimation:
The voice acting is really good.
I saw it cute when the bots offered sonic chilli dogs.
It was really sad when sonic realized he was dead.
A lot of the comment section was talking about this "Bubsy" character who I don't even know about. (I'm just 10 years old so why am I on RUclips?)
Crash was revived with the trilogy remasters.
My suggestion for part 4:

The Slick and Twinkle channel! Bubsy is the character that hugged sonic in the end. He is known to have pretty bad games.
Bubsy was a character created after Sonic opened the floodgates for Mascot Platformers. Most of the characters and the games they starred in were heavily influenced by Sega and Sonic.
You can be on RUclips even if you're nine or like 3 or 5 or any age. Just don't look up any inappropriate stuff.

I have seen dozens of comments that basically said that no-one will be as cool or talented as [blank], and it really annoys me because it basically denies the potential of other people. As much as the old games and musicians have brought joy to the old fans, they will bring joy to the new fans as well, and some new fans can be inspired by works of the past to do amazing things.
