Yeah being a sonic fan gets me called furry by friends every now and then. Sad that we have been in rough times although with the new media and possible good game we could have a chance to bounce back. Its slim but anything's worth it. I want the sonic community to be known for its modding community, sonictubers, creativity and just good times in general, not the side that most people in the community go away from
I think my brain and eyes have been scarred from watching this… but… maybe that was the point. The dark side of the fandom tends to overshadow the good stuff (not to mention it gives furries a bad name even though the definition of “furry” is more broad than people think) and when THIS is what it looks like, that doesn’t paint a pretty picture for the rest of us. Letting us know what a cruel place the dark side is by giving us a full head-on exposure to all of the general aspects must have been FAR from a comfortable move to make, but you took the chance and succeeded. I tip my hat to you

let's be fair. SATAM is undeniably the best possible plot and story where Sonic has a serious tone, it's a life or death fight for freedom Sonic was funny and serious, he had actually well written female characters along his side, of course Tails is there those two are basically brothers, a good threatening villain who he took seriously while also being smart-alecky, well designed locations and settings, good ost, a nice personality, a girl he loves both platonically and romantically, people in his group he doesn't totally get along with (Antione only) and it had a good world building story. It's the perfect canon
just wanna clear some things up before I'm chewed out, Amy and Rouge are the only non-well written women in Sonic, Amy's obsessive, needy, whines, is harmful to the man she "loves", she's mostly dependent. Rouge is there because her main weapon is her body and good looks, not a good role-model for children who'd play this game with parents who want nostalgia. Blaze is good though, she's an adorable character, independent, strong and powerful. Cream's a child so of course she'd be just a little cute kid who loves to help, and Vanilla's just a perfect caring Mother. So you see the difference

Pedro Henrique It doesn't look like hell. It looked like someone just corrupted them. After Sonic's death, I guess Eggman killed himself due to depression and there was no villains after his death. With no heroes or villains, it would be a normal moment, but might experience an unknown disaster.

This just puts the whole sonic fandom into perspective. How did it come to this? I'm one of the younger fans of sonic (so since the early modern era) I wish I could've been a fan since the 90's. I could've seen sonic at his prime and before this fandom got corrupted. I'm still hopeful for the future, though. Then again, it's might just be wishful thinking.
Still a better fate than being stuck with Bubzy for an eternity.

Yeah, I just quit being a "fan". I don't like how some people look at the Sonic serie and how Sonic Team just handles the franchise. They're smiling bastards who want forgiveness from their fans when they weren't honest with them, completely seen them as idiots. They feel like the kid that is bullied, yet they're bullied for some reason (see the case where Aaron feels down on a stream where fans threw hate comments about Forces, I don't even know if it was intended, so fans give the game more chance). I like the Sonic franchise and concept of it, but if they just can't get their shit together, like at all, I won't follow them.
