Why do they show people trying to scrub graffiti off with soap and water? It's totally obvious that you can't clean up graffiti with soap and water. It has to be painted over. I don't mind graffiti, I think it's kind of cool, as long as it's not vulgar or ugly. I remember seeing it all over the place in NY, especially on the subways when I was a kid, and I loved it.
There should be certain places where people can do the art of graffiti that's actually pleasant to look at. Vandalizing other people's property is NEVER okay. Sure, it looks cool, but I know it's wrong to do in most cases.

We need graffiti "parks" with walls that can be graffitied over and over again. I used to draw designs inside my school notebooks or on a sketch pad. It was fun and it was not harming anyone else... Guess that would be considered lame these days. Oh well.

In Germany some of those creative guys have already been killed by passing trains when trying to "enhance" the attractivity of railroad walls.
