One of the great comedians of all time.

I grew up in the 80s watching Dave Allen with my parents.
In the name of the father, the son and the 'holy ghost'. Into the 'hole he goes'.
Not going to lie when I saw this as a kid I started blessing my self that way, in to the hole he goes.
I have subscribed. I love Sikhs and I love your hair. You guys do reactions throughout the video and its awesome.
Let me explain the joke that starts @2:20. "A man that is blind folded in a dark room, looking for a black cat that is not there." Its a statement on religion and how its just imaginary. The punch line is how the Catholics under the Pope, "found" the cat that doesn't exist.
3.10 Its the best one !! It refers to the impossibility of the existence of God. Except that the Pope, in spite of everything (being blindfolded in a dark room, looking for a black cat (God) that is not there), has still managed to find the cat/God.

Born a Catholic in Dublin, Ireland.
Dave Allen grew up in Ireland at a time when the Catholic Church had huge power and influence and most of his routines on religion lampooned the Church. Besides making people laugh, his routines also made people think.
You never know you could be him reincarnated into you with exception to the beard you are similar in your facial features and body size see when he passed away and you were born. Dave allen one of the very best comedians of all time

6.12 There is nothing funny about that per se. The joke is really the silence after the word `happy`, because the audience knows what is coming next....He is about to start explaining the arrival of Eve (the first woman)....! So `the end of his happiness` etc
Being religious cannot make a person good. Such a belief suggests that non religious people are all bad. Which is arrogant and insulting. Good or bad, is what you are, not what you believe in.
Good people are good without religion, only religion can make a good man bad.
