They were taken to NeoGeo land to challenge each other in KOF 98 In to which they lost first time around and the SNK employees were pretty upset when they lost. When Torres visited SNK and Torres agreed to a bet. If they won Torres pays $5000 and has to create a character of SNK’s Choice to Rage of the Dragons and If Torres won SNK pays Torres $5000 and has to create a character of his choice in to which they shook on it and to an end Torres won the bet. Torres ended up meeting The CEO of SNK to congratulate him and to which agreed fulfill the bet and by the release of KOF 2001 Ángel was created in tribute to Angel Torres.

Kof14 seems like they reduce time for pose when the hit connect. The animation lost those sense of speed and all. But her super better in kof14. Boobs attack
