I recreated all this by myself following the video, not a coder, for the JSON code adaptation I used perplexity to help me out as it wasn't rendering without the audio url. I can say that... it was a bit painful but I enjoyed it, I had to set up from scrap ALL APIs and connections so it was from ground zero. What I will do before fully emply this, I will check the first workflow and make the formatting of the text top notch for each of the platforms so that is spot on and platform relevant. A huge thanks to Stephen, I originally joined a different Skool group, I think I gonna drop them and join yours. Yes autos are more complext but they have a great balance of checking the quality and minimal time invested in the trigger.

Even in one workflow if there could be the chance to distribute different content across the different platform like this video but in the scenario that there is a mix of personal and business pages for linkedin and insta. Twitter and facebook are lagging behind really, I don't even include them anymore in our comms. TikTok and RUclips reels will be great for those companies/projects that are looking to maximise reach and 'get known'.
How did u get passed 27:20 running the script it IS NOT free with AirTable to use the RunScript Function, unless you have a magic way around that ? ? ?
Painful and running the script is not on a FREE TRIAL plan on AirTable, should have been mentioned in the beginning after I wASTED 2 HOURS building this thing to a DEADEND, that sucked !!!!

Have you set up clients with this marketing automation who continue using it? What results are they seeing? Please be specific. My experience is that LLMS only INFREQUENTLY provide amazing responses, but USUALLY aren't good enough to replace human marketers.

Curious if you could make auto-response automation for instagram and twitter comments on a posts while using chatGPT to understand the context of comment, caption of the original post, and generate a replay that's context-specific? (or at least a failsafe emoji response if gpt can't figure out context of comment/post) Would love to see instagram and twitter as a secondary if possible 🙌🏾
Could you maybe do an another video to show the workaround for running the script. I've also gotten stuck at that point and have already watched the other video you made (22min, in case I missed another). I don't know how to do the workaround and the team plan costs $25/month and is the minimum required for scripts. Other than that, I'm completely new to automations and this has been a phenomenal introduction. I've also signed up for your free skool and was considering the upsell but not if it's dependent on a $25/month subscription for scripts. I tried again, doesn't work either: "Invalid blueprint" it says. I tried as well with a "brand" new scenario, same result. I go down left for the `...` and then import Blueprint. But the file gives error I do downleft to the `...` > Import Blueprint > select file, and "Invalid blueprint", it says I check your previous video and this doesn't seem to be a paid feature... Hey @stepehen.. Firstly thanks for the video. Got 99.9% right. Just one bit. I am not able to iterate over multiple data in the script.. No matter what only 1 set of data is being sent to the webhook. I tried changing the script to include delay also advanced settings on webhook for acceptance max up to 10.. still not able to sent the list array of socialID to the webhook. Please Help!. The error is get is 'Queue is full'
This looked amazing but when it went to doing it there was too many different programs it just wasnt an easy thing to do. Clearly very powerful but a nightmare to set up I gave up.

Why couldn't it be in the firs sheet itself 2. at 41:47 you have manually entered the id for the b-roll. How can this be an automated flow if you are manually entering this?
1. because there are multiple rows for each new voice message so you need a 2nd table 2. the broll would be used over and over in the automated workflow. if you wanted to cycle through different ones you could do that instead.

I see you have 15 min schedule which is obviously very expensive when it comes to operation management. Is the on demand scheduling the way to go with these?
@@StephenGPope need to investigate what Slack offers. Do you know what the on demand scheduling in Make actually means? You can set it up in scenario settings. They are not very clear about what's the operation cost. If it actually is just a real-time trigger, it should cost 1 operation per scenario run, and the run should trigger only when new file/message is added to the channel. However what would be the difference between "acid" and "instant" task labels, if you could use on demand as a real-time trigger. A bit confused here! :D
@@infinitedreamzzz this might help, it's not going to give you everything but it will show you how to use an Airtable module instead of a webhook, you can swap them out for each other.

yea that could be done pretty easily if you made a pool of videos in a drive, then you could randomly select one of them. Great question!

When passing the AT record ID to Make webhook why not pass all of the data that you need and therefore avoid looking it up on AT again?

@@avgplayer I'm not sure that is possible unless Slack offers a way to set up webhooks that trigger on new message from their platform to Make.com
@@StephenGPope need to investigate what Slack offers. Do you know what the on demand scheduling in Make actually means? You can set it up in scenario settings. They are not very clear about what's the operation cost. If it actually is just a real-time trigger, it should cost 1 operation per scenario run, and the run should trigger only when new file/message is added to the channel.
However what would be the difference between "acid" and "instant" task labels, if you could use on demand as a real-time trigger.

@@infinitedreamzzz this might help, it's not going to give you everything but it will show you how to use an Airtable module instead of a webhook, you can swap them out for each other.

are you using a personal gmail? they don't work well for Make.com, if you have a business gmail it will work a lot easier.

429 error means you've made too many requests to their API, you have to wait a bit, it's called a rate limit.

Not 100% I wouldn't try though. Doing paths in Zapier is a pain and clunky.
And not 100% sure because id have to cross match each module i used and ensure it was in zapier. Its likely closely repeatable if you wanted to try. Make is better for this tho

The real problem is that you are teaching the masses how to have ai and automations create and post content. This is going to FLOOD the web with a TON of shit on every topic all over the place. People who don’t know anything about the topic they are even generating the content for. Just so they can make easy money. The world is spiraling out of control at a rapid pace.
