- Here's a rendition of Asleep on acoustic guitar. I stuck close to the original piano part (albeit the key).
Edit: as for the numerous tab requests, I don't have it. I had written it to sort out the finger pattern but I lost it since then. I'll try to write it again some day but the easiest thing to do if you want some base is to adapt the piano part (from a MIDI file for instance).

The guitar is a Fender Dick Dale signature Malibu, they made lefty versions appropriately because you know, Dick Dale played left-handed (though he kept his strings reversed). As for the tabs, I had tabbed it to play it at some point but the files got lost sorry.

Pluck the Low E, B, and G strings together, while doing that, play the chords, F#m-C-G, as the main progression, then figure out the different extra notes. How hard was that? Everyone in the comments is going “Bro, you got tabs for dat.” Come on, he’s holding the guitar a foot away from the camera. Or just listen to it.
