If I connect an IP camera directly to a newer chromebook usb-c via RJ45 and set my wifi's IP to the same subnet I can access the camera through app, but get connection refused when I try to access via the cameras web server which i confirmed works if im using a router. I have four Proxy settings andhave them on both the camer's IP and my chromebooks IP. Direct, Automatic, Web and Manual.. asking for informatino like ports. the manufactures mentions port 9000, The camera does not have wifi capabilities and I dont need to access it over the internet.
