Tomura Shigaraki (死し柄がら木き弔とむら Shigaraki Tomura?), real name Tenko Shimura (志し村むら転てん弧こ Shimura Tenko?), is the leader of the League of Villains after his master, All For One's, defeat and arrest, and the primary antagonist of the series. He made his first major appearance as one of the main antagonists of the U.S.J. Arc. Like the rest of the League, his goal is to kill All Might, the "Symbol of Peace," thus destroying the society he represents and to create a new one with a new form of justice in his own image.
Later on, Tomura changed his goal to instead, destroy society all together rather than reshape it. He soon merged his organization and the Meta Liberation Army to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, becoming its Grand Commander and later inheriting the All For One Quirk.

Goes to show how heroes aren't the only ones who grow in strength and character as Shigaraki goes from simply All for One's whiny lacky to the most dangerous criminal in the series.
I feel like a proud parent seeing shigaraki grow as villain.

Shigaraki turned into a great villain at first he was whiney and then he actually was using his quirk efficiently amazing character development glad we got a rap on him
The extensive layers of his character makes him SUCH a great villain, he feels so real in his motives for how the world treated him
In a way he's more realistic, because having that power made him think he's invincible and childish. But after gaining motivation, he becomes way better.
I really hope the manga doesn't take the route of Deku talking him into becoming a good guy
