Again, great video. Criminally underrated. I think the less than deserving performance can be attributed to the art style in the videos...the fonts, the graphics, etc. feel old and office-y. I think you could overhaul the channel, as I previously also commented, the name itself is not very catchy, I used to end up searching "saumya tech review" etc. etc. so you could include some grapevine graphic, and the all-encompassing orange theme is just not doing it sorry. Dear Saumya, I got a peore water purifier on your recommendation. I would like to bring to your notice their extremely poor customer service at Kolkata. I understand they are a new company, but their technicians don't show up at all for days on ends. I had to pay another kent technician to fix my issue as the problem arose within a week of installation and no one showed up for the next 10 days. Lo and behold, within 2 months the output TDS is over 400 and the company could not be less bothered. I fail to understand what to do. Please recommend purifiers only from reputed brands!

In my experience, the brush is required to scoop dust from the corners and walls. The way these robot vacuums orient themselves, the single brush is always towards to walls. So I have not seen a tangible difference in cleaning between 1 or 2 side brushes.
