Ollie is that one energetic annoying little girl that like to hang out with the boys, that you can't even consider her as a girl, you will absolutely love her, but not in the romantic way, you don't even filter your words when you talk with her, but you can't mad at her, because she is cute and kind.
I used to have a friend like her in highschool, but i lost contact with her, long time ago.
Usually, when she get a boyfriend/husband, the opposite sex will need to dominate her in certain way, so she can admit him as the "opposite sex/man", like charismatic, manly, etc. Yeah but, i used to have that kind of friendship, same to you, no contacts now.
i had a friend like that unfortunately she passed away a few months before graduating high school
long story short she had a disease that slows down if she stays active and she overworked herself and passed out which drastically cut yrs of her life into months

I’ve been watching Astel for over half a year now and watching him grow and develop in character to the point where he can talk to a girl without dying is amazing. Literally just a few months ago he was saying he was super nervous and scared around girls and now he plays APEX with Ollie.

Sad thing is if it wasn't for Astel playing with Ollie I would of never know HoloStars even existed. I always thought Hololive needed some guys because I've seen how Nijisanji has guys and their members do collabs together and it works. But now I realize they had a group all along but it some how feels like they are being kept a secret or something. They need more recognition, I'm glad Holo ID doesn't seem to have problems collabing with them.
@@brunop.8745 Hell yes! I keep saying how sad it is that they have more collabs with other agencies than their own. Not that they particularly need to collab with Hololive to prove their validity, but rather it feels weird how little acknowledgement they seem to get up until fairly recently. You get Fubuki and Matsuri sometimes, but mostly, it feels as though the only ones that act like they exist is Hololive ID. It took me nearly 3 months into my rabbit hole journey to even realize they existed and only because I stumbled onto the VTuber wiki and happened to find them that way. Views and subs don't always make for the best metric for how good you are as a streamer, but I do want these guys to be more known.
@@Akabanenabaka its not like they purposely keep the holostars a secrete, if you follow hololive.tv on twitter they promote alot of the boys, but general Holo audience are dominated by males so it made sense that the girls are far more popular than the males counterpart
What astel said by "not feeling anything" is probably related to how easily he usually get nervous or awkward around girls. He ofthen mentioned it in the past thus why he never collab alone with female vtuber. But since he play with ollie he seems to get pass it a little. He just collab with yomi yesterday playing apex together. That was a huge improvement on his character development. Looking forward to more collab from astel in future with other holo girls too!

After Sora and Iofi became a sister, and now Astel and Ollie. I'm really glad to see holo member getting along together like a family. I'm very happy to see there's more people recognize holostar members and visit them.

I’ll just emphasize that for those who don’t know Astel’s habits he says stuff like “No, this isn’t a lie. Seeing Astel's development is srsly amazing bcz astel is known for being unsociable esp with girls (got to collab accidentally with matsuri, got to collab with iofi and risu) he opened up at the middle of these collabs but still not really that much.
But when Ollie came, I can see that Astel was really relaxed with her. Im really glad Ollie played apex and got a bond with astel. THEY'RE THE MOST WHOLESOME PAIR T_T

lol I think that's my favourite aspect of Ollie, how so just goes around imprinting on others and thus filling the room with more energy than it could ever actually contain. she's just like "You! From my perspective, HoloID girls doesn't really care with idol culture or attached to those things, so they're open to anyone, either from HoloStars or outside like Nijisanji, etc.

How? It's not that cover is at fault. It's just that they need more exposure like translators and collabs. Hololive blew up because of translators and memes.
On top of Cover seemingly not promoting them as much, there's also the fact that they chose to market their employees as idols and invited in all the people that get offended if their special someone hangs out with anyone of the opposite sex. The JP girls are familiar with Japanese idol culture and I think the only reason most of them don't collab with Holostars more is because they want to avoid any kind of fallout from obsessive fans. I think that since idol culture isn't nearly as much of a thing in Indonesia, the ID girls are way more open to playing with Holostars.

We should be thankful to Ollie too, I feel like Holostars want to collab more with Hololive but because they are lower on the ol' sub count they are not really in a position to ask for collaborations. But as Astel said, Ollie is the one reaching out to him which in my opinion is a huge leap towards the holostars getting more recognition!
