Can I suggest two tests? the first is a combustion engine that can be coupled to a cabin, the name is a car and I think it has more autonomy for that there. the second is an animal-powered transport called a bicycle, if you test and it works we can test it with humans and it will no longer have animal traction

The sticks do nothing to contribute to the movement.
They can't give out any more oomph than is put into them - when you let go of a swing it can only ever go ALMOST as high as it did on the previous pass.
The sticks only INCREASE the slow-down of the wheel through friction on their spindles.

You certainly can build and test the principle, but that doesn't change that the answer is known beforehand, through mathematics.
You can build a cube and count the sides, or I can tell you it'll have 6 sides.
You should build a car with a windmill on its roof, and windmill can power the wheels, and the faster the goes the faster the windmill spins, and the faster it drives the wheels, and the faster the car goes, and so on, until it approaches light speed.
I can tell you first, it doesn't work.

I must have been in grade 3 or 4, I thought that an electric motor attached to four electrical generators could produce more electricity then the motor needed. Of course at the time no one ever explained why it wouldn't work.

yeah the force of the stick falling must be greater then the weight of the car. I don't think you'll be able to do this on small scale, because the weight will have to have some more room and time to fall and pick up speed. Or just make really small really heavy lead sticks.

personally, i think perpetual motion does exist, and heres why:
now this is kind of a deep type of talk but it is something to think about. (btw i know these are fake)
let me ask you a question, how is energy created? yes in the sun, fusion occurs when hydrogen turns into helium, but what is causing it to do that? we might find out something inside it makes it, but what powers that? and so on and so on. this can never be fully explained, leaving to the evidence we have now it is just random energy. even though there is a law, the law is already broken, so that means it is possible to make perpetual motion. you can never fully explain how and why energy is created, so to make laws on it when it is already broken is stupid. tell me a answer.
