Dear friends! This is a journey of some light breathing at the beginning followed by a yoga nidra. Inspired by the transition from winter into spring. A practice for you to gather energy and power to embrace the spring season. With that being said I'm also working on a longer spring season journey.

I love this so much Dennis, thank you 🌲🌳 I can't believe how much it felt like I was there with the sounds of the footsteps! I haven't been able to be in the woodland for a while now, so I appreciate this so much...I felt transported 😊xx

Glad you liked the footsteps in the woods! I actually recorded all the nature sounds just a day before the guidance so it would be fitting in with transition feeling. Thanks for sharing your experience, it means a lot!

So happy to see you had a new yoga Nidra. Loved the forest walk could of stayed longer, being under the tree was pure bliss and to finish with the musical instruments was the perfect finishing touch.
