President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says the Director of Public Prosecutions DPP has no powers to stop law enforcement agencies from arresting people suspected of committing crimes.
President HICHILEMA also says the DPP has no powers to grant anyone immunity from prosecution.
He has described as unacceptable the DPP's recent attempt to stop the Drug Enforcement Commission DEC from re-arresting former Konkola Copper Mines KCM liquidator MILINGO LUNGU.
