I truly appreciate what Dr.Apoki is teaching right. Coincidentally I learned exactly the exact lessons (by observations) from my father of blessed memory as a tailor (in Nigeria). I do service business in Kenya. All these principals work well here and have gained me some level of success as a small business. The challenge is that the more you grow the harder it gets to maintain all the p's. It gets very difficult to maintain punctuality because of inefficient 3rd parties, yet more orders are coming in. How do you navigate this?
