Very grateful for this video. It brings clarity in challenges I have already overcome and others I am still working on. For me going into the unknown used to be a big issue because I used to project into the future past experiences that were very uncomfortable and with unfulfilling outcomes, regardless that I learned from them they used to trigger fear, and fear makes me switch to it won't work. Very interesting subconscious dynamic. What works for me is actually what you mentioned meditation, breath work, being in the present moment and ask for guidance. Also sometimes inner work has been necessary when comes into surface childhood traumas, and not exempt generational, karmic, and ancestral trauma. I appreciate the work you do and the assistant you are giving to others. Much love.
@@lisetteramos6415 Thank you so much for your comment. I feel so grateful to receive your appreciation and kind words🙏🏻 it is so normal to have those feelings and thoughts when going into the unknown so I completely understand… I wish you the best on your journey, sending love and encouragement for whatever it is that you are creating. ❤️
Thanks, this sounds helpful, will test it! I usually know the reason but don't think that I've approached it consciously so far. One more reason is overwhelm: having half a dozen ideas along with a lack of energy/feeling of exhaustion. Or simply not getting to any of them because of other stuff that needs doing and eats up all the energy.
@@DrSusanneKurz did you try it? How did it go? Yes I completely understand and I experience overwhelm a lot too. One thing that helps me is breaking up the things I need to do into tiny steps and taking each one at a time and then celebrating each time I took a step. Thank you for your comment, have a great day 🙏🏻
