Josh Park no it's possible. They would both get melee form first, but NB3 could wait 4:00 or so and be able to turn into blue form by default. Riot made it so you can transform into each form no matter what.

Don't even get me started on the "new" potato client who's little glitches and bugs fuck up the entire usage of it. The client doesn't even close when you close the game -- literally just another excuse to create lag in the game and on the computer. You -have- NEED to start work on the actual _game_ before shoving extremely overpowered characters into the game that you're just going to nerf a week later.
