I am 52 pounds down from where I was in January of this year and I still got about 43 to go to get to my goal weight. It all came from fasting and limiting what I did put in my mouth. Processed foods and sugar is what I gave up, and just to encourage someone the journey hasn’t been flawless, it takes time to undo years of dietary abuse, but when you fall get back up and realign yourself with your purpose to honor the physical temple God gave you!

You touched on so much in this song, but the biggest battle I resonate with is the diet. I am 52 pounds down from where I was in January of this year and I still got about 43 to go to get to my goal weight. It all came from fasting and limiting what I did put in my mouth. Processed foods and sugar is what I gave up, and just to encourage someone the journey hasn’t been flawless, it takes time to undo years of dietary abuse, but when you fall get back up and realign yourself with your purpose to honor the physical temple God gave you!
