@@SirimiriASMR Both! As I can't get distracted with any color, my mind can focus better in your instructions, the different blinking patterns is what really makes the difference! It makes my eyes soooo tired, the long blinking and bliking looking down seem to be the ones that knocks me down hahahaha those mixed with the duration of the video and the slow pace of your voice are just pure gold 🩷🩷🩷🩷
