I am thinking to move to Germany but want to continue my WFH due to covid for next 4 or 5 months with my Indian organization but from Germany location. My base location & payroll will stay the same(India). My organization will allow me to do work from there only if they don't have to pay any taxes & if there are no legal boundations. My question is Can I legally work from Germany for my Indian organization for a temporary basis of 4 or 5 months and If I do so, does my organization or Me become liable to pay taxes to German govt ? Please help I need Urgent help and guidance on this.
