I’m a Reiki practitioner - and as a family, we had a sunflower growing competition. My eldest says I cheated because I gave Reiki/energy healing to mine. It’s twice the size of all the others, has multiple flowers on it (already blooming) and is absolutely gorgeous. The others are just starting to bud… could have been a coincidence (if you believe in those - I don’t!) or the energy healing!

OMG!! Thank you so much for this. I had a really amazing thing happen when I was invited to join in on a "Laying on of hands" (I think that's what they called it) for a friend of mine who suffered with Parkinsons disease and his body would jerk and move uncontrollably. He is a pastor and was heavily involved with a close knit group of friends in a very small church. I was at his house one day when his friends from church came by for a minute and they were gathering around him to do this before they left, and asked if I would join them. I didn't know what they were asking me to do, but I stepped into the ring of 5 people surrounding him. They all put their hands on him, so I did too. One person began to pray outloud and I closed my eyes and concentrated on making him still. I began to feel my head open up on top and then a current or wind like feeling began to flow through me. I remember my response in my head (not wanting to interrupt the person praying) and I just repeated to myself "yes! use me, use me " "make him still again" it was a strange sensation. I was so focused on that hollow flute like feeling, that I hadn't noticed how warm my hands had become. It was obvious to me that what was happening was not coming from me. I was just an instrument. (I don't do organized religion and had never participated in such a thing before.) I thought this same feeling was happening inside everyone in the circle and was really in awe. Afterwards, when all had said "amen" and dropped their hands from him, he turned to me (I was positioned behind him in the circle) and said "I could feel the heat from your hands through my shirt. And he held up his arms. He had almost completely stopped the involuntary jerking and moving. It was astounding! The movements stopped for many hours but did return later. ( I surmised years later that they may have returned because we only addressed the movements and not their origin?) A few weeks later he was to deliver the sermon at church because the regular pastor was not available, and he was a bit nervous and excited about it and it seemed to make his movements more violent. He wasn't sure he could make it through the whole time allowed and was considering sitting down for it. We circled around again and placed our hands on him. I was very clear with my intent to quiet his limbs and it happened again! It worked again for many hours, with almost complete relief from the movements. I kind of chalked it up to God using me for a tool. I moved away shortly after. That was 2012. No one I spoke with had ever experienced it. So over time I kind of let it fade from memory, not realizing what had happened. When I found your video, it all came rushing back. It was when you mentioned the hands getting hot that it really sunk in. This is so exciting! I feel like I now have a responsibility to use this gift to help as many people as I can. I'm afraid to tell my boyfriend. He's going to think I've slipped a stitch. Thank you for the detailed break down and explanation of this. I'll be back for more from you! This is .... WOW! I often just connect to source with the intention of healing and just pay attention to where the energy flows. Sometimes I feel off and don't necessarily know why? The energy seems to go where it is needed most first.
A profound and heartfelt thank you for covering this topic. I've been using energy healing for about a year now. I can't wait to to use this path. I tend to stumble through until until I get it right. Lesson 1 you are the channel not the source. Lesson 2 drink water before because energy moves more easily through the body. Lesson 3 don't use your phone screen to send energy or your screen will go wonky. I rub my hands together until they're tingly then hold my hand out to the energy field around me and place the other hand where I want the energy to go. The first place I'm going to try this on is my throat chakra because vocalizing intent and gratitude is important. 😉 😁 😘
Thank you so much! I see that God has been teaching me intuitively along the way. I am an empath and 2020 threw a lot of world pain at me. The pain was the chaotic nation, crime, riots, fear, Covid-19, division, hate, racism, sex trafficking, and more - plus stress with my own children's situations and an attachment to me. I knew what was wrong but still had terrible anxiety waking me up, heart pain, palpitations, and feeling like my heart was being squeezed and ripped out of my chest. A few times felt unbearable. I heard/read an article about externalization the anxiety monster. This was not a monster outside of me. It was a web of everyone and everything around the world affecting me - like a web wrapped around heart from every direction. I closed my heart, trying to stop the pain. It didn't work. I asked God to help me open my heart back up. I asked him to send me love into my heart for all of the pain I felt and to multiply it x100, even x1000 and send that love, peace, and comfort back to everywhere that it came from, to help people have the chance to feel that love and support if they would have it. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! and I love you! and I love everyone!" After months of being sick to my stomach, not sleeping well, not eating well, throwing up, and heart pain, I was finally almost completely better. I noticed a week had gone by and I had felt well. Then longer and longer, with only a few small hiccups along the way. I've been mostly great since around September 2020. ❤️ I keep asking God to take the pain I feel from outside, change it to love, peace, support, truth, etc, and to multiply it hundreds and thousands of times and send it back to where the pain comes from and to help heal anyone who is willing to be helped.

I have been doing energy healing ever since I was a little girl. It was some that naturally come to me. My family and friends use to tell me, ' your crazy' or 'your going to go crazy'. I would only do it when I was by myself so, one would see me. I am now practicing Reiki and feel right at home and most of all know that, 'I am not crazy or going crazy'. For a very long time I recognized that I wasn't the source of the energy and that I was a conduit for the energy... sure, I facilitated the connection, but my ego should not think I was doing the work... An analogy that I use is electrical, since I relate better with that: It would be like an extension cord taking credit for supplying the power when clearly the source of that energy is generated elsewhere... All the transmission wires, transformers, connecting wires, switches, wall plugs, etc. are not where the energy originated from... Source/God/Universe is the true miracle worker and it is awesome to watch it just "happen"! Someone special to me needs some healing, so I'm about to put this to practice. Thank you so much.

I'm learning about Reiki and it sounds so similar but what I'm reading claims you need to have a Reiki master clear you and then "charge" you (?) so you have the ability to tap into the energy. First time ever:) The concentration was perfect: I honored the nature by gathering flowers onto the circle on the table I have at the forest by the lake. I asked old, huge Male trees and Mother Earth to get away my old, lazy energy and give me healing, positive energy. I felt the Energies!!! And suddenly I noticed that I was moving my hands around my body into places where I especially nead new, positive, healing energy. And I also thanked sooo much my beloved trees, Mother Earth and the Universe of so good energies I got. As a an experienced Reiki therapist, I must testify that Inner healing whether received or self-provided, requires virtually zero effort. Once Attunement occurs for any individual, self healing (when practiced appropriately), is a done deal. Really and truly available to us all🦋🙏🌹

Instructor said " afterwards you may feel tired, that's normal. " I raised my ✋. Told the class "Do not use Your energy, channel it thru you." I haven't really used energy healing myself but a friend of mine has sent some (reiki) to me. That said, this process reminds me of something I do quite regularly. Not in the context of healing per say, more so as a form of relaxation. When I go to bed I, using only my conscious mind, focus on my body starting from feet up to my forehead and facial muscles, I focus on each part until all of me is relaxed. It's quite an amazing practice really as you can feel the effect it has on your body and what your own mind is capable of. This relaxing warm feeling takes over each area of the body as I do this. I use it especially if for some reason I am having trouble sleeping or I need to get to sleep quicker... it really prepares you for sleep. I have used this technique on physical pain as well but based on this video I was using my own energy, not channeling it. So wasn't doing it exactly right back then. I sort of did it on my own, with no real guidance for it... so will definitely give this a go. I've been suffering from migraines lately as well as tiredness, and I suffered from a back issue for months this year and I am still healing from that. So will try this for that too, to try heal the rest that needs to heal. Thanks Christina!

I've been doing energy healing for years, I've witnessed broken bones healing in less than 3 weeks instead of the regular 6 weeks. headaches and body pains going from a 10 to a 0 rating, I've done distance healings, and hands above healings, where i actually get a feed back on the energy flows. I call them blockages. however I've never been able to heal myself as I feel like it is like plugging an extension cord into itself and expecting it to work. So this is something I'm going to play with now. thank you very much. I've worked with Cancer patience also in an attempt to heal them. This is where Spirit told me that "it wasn't my decision" but the Energy definitely helped them transition to the other side peacefully and with significantly less pain.

Light a candle each day .salt water baths help me as well. I use my hands as healing tools as well . I carry different crystals or stones I find pieces of wood or flowers try to laugh a bit even when feeling low. Rest is great as well. Walking slowly. Doing things slowly. Rushing around creates chaotic energy. Also protect yourself from others energy, by having time to yourself. Its not bad to say no to anyone or thing that is hurting your soul expression. Reiki was used on me only once a week and the rest was deep meditation. I was addicted to heroin ($100 a day), painkillers, pot and morphene. From day 1 to day 89 I didn't feel ANY withdrawals (totally amazingggg) but couldn't sleep. Still, It felt like I saw the light.

I finally stepped outside to the warm sun and cool breeze after a long winter depression. The sun is the one I look up to first because it has a big, radiant energy that I can channel from. I did this for ten minutes and it made a big difference. I also thanked the sun as well. I was very tired, low on energy at first. I had the time to step out for ten minutes and this helped me regain some for the rest of the day. I did say before that I had done this energy healing before the winter depression hits, and now I’m back and I’m loving it. Thank you, Christina. I feel much more at ease and calm. My goal this year is all about healing - the inner child, the heart, the energy, all the chakras. I hope I can push through during winter as well. Im not a healer but I like to add this. My friend, she gave people lymphmassage, got her self lymphcancer. She told me she is not the only lymphmassage hwo got cancer. Wonderful video. Great technique for anyone to use. Got to the end and wanted to share I’ve been using energy healing mostly on myself for a decade. And my favorite and most effective modality has been working with a soul guided hypnotherapist who helped me heal a lot of inner resistance (blocks). Although I’m also Reiki 2 attuned. I’ve healed some physical issues, a lot of emotional triggers, a few different karmic patterns in my family, and more. When one of the karmic patterns was revealed, as I made an inner connection and a shift happened, I suddenly knew why my father and his father and his father on back several generations had gotten prostate cancer. Even though they were all on the other side, I knew this energetic pattern was healed. It’s done. It was so cool to hear/see them cheering me on at the end of the session. I've been doing this for a few years with the understanding that deep with the core of our very being is an infinite well of source energy that radiates out from us in all directions. It fills our hearts, minds, conscious our very being. Its amazing. You can heal yourself and the world or those connected to you. As you evolve all evolve. And I agree with the channelling energy. I use to think I was too sensitive and emotional, a few years ago I discovered I was actually an empath, this year I had a spiritual awakening (recently) when this happened to me I wanted to learn more (which is how I found you), I began to learn more and more and started receiving angel messages advising me to do “light work” , I started researching more on light work (as it is a continuous message coming my way), I prayed that go’s would give me the means to better understand how I could go about this to begin to heal Mother Earth, animals, and humanity, I prayed for this all last week and over the weekend I was out camping and an email showed up 💥 BAM there your email stood right in front of my eyes !, I am beyond grateful for you and your willingness to educate others ! this was so informative that I am excited for your masterclass. Years ago I practiced massage therapy and called upon God to assist me in the sessions for giving that person what they needed but also to send the energy to the Universe to come back as love energy. Intuitively I knew I didn't want to take other peoples energy into my physical body. This is great that I am getting an understanding to the things I already knew to do. I have used energy healing before. First time I did it I had quite the experience. I was using it for my family combining it with healing from some past trauma (that was the intention sent). I’ll just say I ended up in the past. Not sure if I was seeing myself or an ancestor but wow! Wasn’t expecting that
After doing the live activation. I forgot that one of the physical symptoms was a swollen wrist. And I have a hard time to pull up my patient. And I thought it was because its winter. So I took an anti inflammatory drugs for several days. But I was not relieved. Then my intuation is telling me to open my journal about energy activition. And then I saw from sovereignty activation, one of the physical symptoms was swollen wrist. For the first time I used the energy healing. I just followed the way you intend to call healing energy and I even call Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael to help me to heal my swollen wrist and any parts of my body where there is energy blockages. And after that I was healed. And i was so happy that it was really true and that my gratitude was overwhelming. And on the next day.. My sister has a problem in her eyes. She can't see and its very painful. And I tried again to this healing energy. And according to her my hands has calming effect that the pain subside and even my hands did not touched her eyes but she can feel that it was cold. And after 2 to 3 hours she already can open her eyes. Isn't so overwhelming that you had cured someone who's in pain? And now I wanted to reach out to anyone who needs my help.

Afterwards, when all had said "amen" and dropped their hands from him, he turned to me (I was positioned behind him in the circle) and said "I could feel the heat from your hands through my shirt. And he held up his arms.
He had almost completely stopped the involuntary jerking and moving. It was astounding!
The movements stopped for many hours but did return later. ( I surmised years later that they may have returned because we only addressed the movements and not their origin?)
A few weeks later he was to deliver the sermon at church because the regular pastor was not available, and he was a bit nervous and excited about it and it seemed to make his movements more violent. He wasn't sure he could make it through the whole time allowed and was considering sitting down for it. We circled around again and placed our hands on him. I was very clear with my intent to quiet his limbs and it happened again! It worked again for many hours, with almost complete relief from the movements.
I kind of chalked it up to God using me for a tool. I moved away shortly after. That was 2012.
No one I spoke with had ever experienced it. So over time I kind of let it fade from memory, not realizing what had happened.
When I found your video, it all came rushing back. It was when you mentioned the hands getting hot that it really sunk in. This is so exciting! A profound and heartfelt thank you for covering this topic. I've been using energy healing for about a year now. I can't wait to to use this path. I tend to stumble through until until I get it right. Lesson 1 you are the channel not the source. Lesson 2 drink water before because energy moves more easily through the body. Lesson 3 don't use your phone screen to send energy or your screen will go wonky. I rub my hands together until they're tingly then hold my hand out to the energy field around me and place the other hand where I want the energy to go. The first place I'm going to try this on is my throat chakra because vocalizing intent and gratitude is important. 😉 😁 😘
Thank you so much! I see that God has been teaching me intuitively along the way. I am an empath and 2020 threw a lot of world pain at me. The pain was the chaotic nation, crime, riots, fear, Covid-19, division, hate, racism, sex trafficking, and more - plus stress with my own children's situations and an attachment to me. I knew what was wrong but still had terrible anxiety waking me up, heart pain, palpitations, and feeling like my heart was being squeezed and ripped out of my chest. A few times felt unbearable.
I heard/read an article about externalization the anxiety monster. This was not a monster outside of me. It was a web of everyone and everything around the world affecting me - like a web wrapped around heart from every direction. I closed my heart, trying to stop the pain. It didn't work.
I asked God to help me open my heart back up. I asked him to send me love into my heart for all of the pain I felt and to multiply it x100, even x1000 and send that love, peace, and comfort back to everywhere that it came from, to help people have the chance to feel that love and support if they would have it. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! and I love you! and I love everyone!" After months of being sick to my stomach, not sleeping well, not eating well, throwing up, and heart pain, I was finally almost completely better. I noticed a week had gone by and I had felt well. Then longer and longer, with only a few small hiccups along the way. I've been mostly great since around September 2020. ❤️
I keep asking God to take the pain I feel from outside, change it to love, peace, support, truth, etc, and to multiply it hundreds and thousands of times and send it back to where the pain comes from and to help heal anyone who is willing to be helped.

For a very long time I recognized that I wasn't the source of the energy and that I was a conduit for the energy... sure, I facilitated the connection, but my ego should not think I was doing the work... An analogy that I use is electrical, since I relate better with that: It would be like an extension cord taking credit for supplying the power when clearly the source of that energy is generated elsewhere... All the transmission wires, transformers, connecting wires, switches, wall plugs, etc. are not where the energy originated from... First time ever:) The concentration was perfect: I honored the nature by gathering flowers onto the circle on the table I have at the forest by the lake. I asked old, huge Male trees and Mother Earth to get away my old, lazy energy and give me healing, positive energy. I felt the Energies!!! And suddenly I noticed that I was moving my hands around my body into places where I especially nead new, positive, healing energy. As a an experienced Reiki therapist, I must testify that Inner healing whether received or self-provided, requires virtually zero effort. Once Attunement occurs for any individual, self healing (when practiced appropriately), is a done deal. Really and truly available to us all🦋🙏🌹

Instructor said " afterwards you may feel tired, that's normal. " I raised my ✋. Told the class "Do not use Your energy, channel it thru you." I haven't really used energy healing myself but a friend of mine has sent some (reiki) to me. That said, this process reminds me of something I do quite regularly. Not in the context of healing per say, more so as a form of relaxation. When I go to bed I, using only my conscious mind, focus on my body starting from feet up to my forehead and facial muscles, I focus on each part until all of me is relaxed. It's quite an amazing practice really as you can feel the effect it has on your body and what your own mind is capable of. This relaxing warm feeling takes over each area of the body as I do this. I use it especially if for some reason I am having trouble sleeping or I need to get to sleep quicker... it really prepares you for sleep. I have used this technique on physical pain as well but based on this video I was using my own energy, not channeling it. So wasn't doing it exactly right back then. I sort of did it on my own, with no real guidance for it... so will definitely give this a go. I've been suffering from migraines lately as well as tiredness, and I suffered from a back issue for months this year and I am still healing from that. So will try this for that too, to try heal the rest that needs to heal. Thanks Christina!

I've been doing energy healing for years, I've witnessed broken bones healing in less than 3 weeks instead of the regular 6 weeks. headaches and body pains going from a 10 to a 0 rating, I've done distance healings, and hands above healings, where i actually get a feed back on the energy flows. I call them blockages. however I've never been able to heal myself as I feel like it is like plugging an extension cord into itself and expecting it to work. So this is something I'm going to play with now. thank you very much. I've worked with Cancer patience also in an attempt to heal them. This is where Spirit told me that "it wasn't my decision" but the Energy definitely helped them transition to the other side peacefully and with significantly less pain.

Light a candle each day .salt water baths help me as well. I use my hands as healing tools as well . I carry different crystals or stones I find pieces of wood or flowers try to laugh a bit even when feeling low. Rest is great as well. Walking slowly. Doing things slowly. Rushing around creates chaotic energy. Also protect yourself from others energy, by having time to yourself. Its not bad to say no to anyone or thing that is hurting your soul expression. Cut all ties to the past , and start a new concourse of Balance. 💫🔱🌿🌊🦉🦊🐕🌼🌻

I finally stepped outside to the warm sun and cool breeze after a long winter depression. The sun is the one I look up to first because it has a big, radiant energy that I can channel from. I did this for ten minutes and it made a big difference. I also thanked the sun as well. I was very tired, low on energy at first. I had the time to step out for ten minutes and this helped me regain some for the rest of the day. I did say before that I had done this energy healing before the winter depression hits, and now I’m back and I’m loving it. Thank you, Christina. I feel much more at ease and calm. My goal this year is all about healing - the inner child, the heart, the energy, all the chakras. I hope I can push through during winter as well. Wonderful video. Great technique for anyone to use. Got to the end and wanted to share I’ve been using energy healing mostly on myself for a decade. And my favorite and most effective modality has been working with a soul guided hypnotherapist who helped me heal a lot of inner resistance (blocks). Although I’m also Reiki 2 attuned. I’ve healed some physical issues, a lot of emotional triggers, a few different karmic patterns in my family, and more. When one of the karmic patterns was revealed, as I made an inner connection and a shift happened, I suddenly knew why my father and his father and his father on back several generations had gotten prostate cancer. Even though they were all on the other side, I knew this energetic pattern was healed. It’s done. It was so cool to hear/see them cheering me on at the end of the session. I've been doing this for a few years with the understanding that deep with the core of our very being is an infinite well of source energy that radiates out from us in all directions. It fills our hearts, minds, conscious our very being. Its amazing. You can heal yourself and the world or those connected to you. As you evolve all evolve. And I agree with the channelling energy. I use to think I was too sensitive and emotional, a few years ago I discovered I was actually an empath, this year I had a spiritual awakening (recently) when this happened to me I wanted to learn more (which is how I found you), I began to learn more and more and started receiving angel messages advising me to do “light work” , I started researching more on light work (as it is a continuous message coming my way), I prayed that go’s would give me the means to better understand how I could go about this to begin to heal Mother Earth, animals, and humanity, I prayed for this all last week and over the weekend I was out camping and an email showed up 💥 BAM there your email stood right in front of my eyes !, I am beyond grateful for you and your willingness to educate others ! this was so informative that I am excited for your masterclass. Years ago I practiced massage therapy and called upon God to assist me in the sessions for giving that person what they needed but also to send the energy to the Universe to come back as love energy. Intuitively I knew I didn't want to take other peoples energy into my physical body. This is great that I am getting an understanding to the things I already knew to do. Question about using this energy, do we direct the energy in any particular direction? like clockwise/ counter clockwise throughout the body, towards the heart or is it complete once the physical body feels lighter and the energy is flowing? thank you so much for sharing your expertise, your love and your light.

After doing the live activation. I forgot that one of the physical symptoms was a swollen wrist. And I have a hard time to pull up my patient. And I thought it was because its winter. So I took an anti inflammatory drugs for several days. But I was not relieved. Then my intuation is telling me to open my journal about energy activition. And then I saw from sovereignty activation, one of the physical symptoms was swollen wrist. For the first time I used the energy healing. I just followed the way you intend to call healing energy and I even call Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael to help me to heal my swollen wrist and any parts of my body where there is energy blockages. And after that I was healed. And i was so happy that it was really true and that my gratitude was overwhelming. And on the next day.. My sister has a problem in her eyes. She can't see and its very painful. And I tried again to this healing energy. And according to her my hands has calming effect that the pain subside and even my hands did not touched her eyes but she can feel that it was cold. And after 2 to 3 hours she already can open her eyes. Isn't so overwhelming that you had cured someone who's in pain? And now I wanted to reach out to anyone who needs my help.

Actually I use energy healing to alleviate my period cramp. I imagine orange ball becomes bigger and bigger,start glowing sharply through my pelvis area then move all over my body.
