She showed power mainly where it is not needed. I think constructive critic is always for the best and somehow this channel has gotten to such, that even if she would be whacking a nail in the wall and it would be badly warped, practically everybody here would proclaim that it was the "perfect way" to whack the nail. :( If I would go to Deep Purple gig and Ian Paice would drum 'Hush' like that, I would be very disappointed. There was far too much crashing, whacking of the crash cymbals (those are loud anyway, so absolutely no need to unravel your aggressions on them!?? :/ ) and absolutely zero creativity!?? Instead of cool fills or varied playing just ear-shattering crashing from start to finish. Great song but the drumming was among the worst by Sina. Please don't let the yellow liquid drown your brain!?? :(

I watch these videos and it saddens me. With a family history of music , I was the only one in my immediate family to have interest in music " guitar " . At the age of 16 my uncle passed and , feeling sorry for me his family gave me his priceless 1952 jumbo Alvarez guitar . Three weeks later the girl I was seeing stuck her foot threw it and stumped it to pieces . At 20 yrs old they gave me a electric 12 string ovation worth about $2000 . One month later my brother stole it and traded it to drugs . Then after I finally could afford to buy my own guitar I bought a Gibson SG . That same brother stole that one also . I never had a guitar long enough to learn much on. Strolling in and out of pawn and guitar shop's I managed to learn enough to play pretty good by the age of 45 . Now 58 , I often think of the bumb on the corner , the cashier at the gas station , could have bean the greatest players in the world and never new it because they never had the opportunity .

    Liebe Sina,
    Dein Nomsy
PS: "Wipe Out" ist der Hammer :)

I looked after a good sized network as part of my job for over 10 years and those people are a nuisance to say the least and dangerous at best. Was always looking for a way to catch them! Fantastic cover ! Deep purple was and is one of my favorite bands, and it was so good to hear them and you together. thanks for the music! Take care and stay safe.

Sina, einfach atemberaubend Dein Cover!

My wife saw Deep Purple live in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) in 1969, and, of course this song was featured. My wife was a percussionist and owned a record label in Nashville. She thinks you are on your way to becoming as talented as the top sessions players in Nashville or LA.

Dynamite Sina! Fantastic playing, Hush!! I know what this song takes to play. You know it, cause you felt it. You are doing so well on the many aspects of drumming! I am so glad to see you play these great ‘70’s songs. A big one for me after playing for four years in ‘75 was learning Jethro Tull’s “Aqualung”! Thanks for this one Sina.

Ok, so not only are you just "uber" talented you're a "throw back" as well! I've heard many of these older songs you've done and it tells me and all the rest of us that you are not only an accomplished musician but you are a "student" of your craft, You, Sina, are the only performer who has taken on your father's peers and performed music that I used to listen to when I was a kid. You are so unique, one of a kind and special! I don't think you know how incredible you really are. Very few are doing what you do and there are those of us who are old enough to appreciate your talent and skill when you look "backwards" It's SO damn cool when you do! (Just so you know, my little red-headed grand daughter wants to be just like you but I'm NOT buying her a drum set!)

Doing a new version of a classic cover of a classic song is classic Sina. As is quite common when I see a Sina video, I can't resist the urge to find out a bit more about it. On this occasion, I was very surprised to learn that Hush is a cover song. IMHO, it's definitely worth listening to the original by Billy Joe Royal to see what early Deep Purple did to it to give it their own style.

I went to see Deep Purple with Ritchie Blackmore and this was back probably 1985-1987. I have seen a ton of concerts from Priest, Nugent, Metallica (3) times, G&R etc. but the Deep Purple show really was probably one of the best shows out of probably 30+ bands I have seen. Back in the 80's it was like $12-$15 for a ticket to pretty much every show. The Stones were $22 roughly. Those were great days. I am 56 next month and I have a 15 year old daughter. I found a box that had 10 or 12 concert shirts from back in the day and she wears everyone of them. She loves the Deep Purple shirt and the Ted Nugent shirt that has Ted holding a rifle and he has one foot on Santa Claus who is laying in a pool of blood. Awesome shirt. Ted is a big hunter here in Michigan. He hunts everything.
Congrats on everything Sina...... I haven't surfed the Tube very much lately but your still my early morning playlist......
    Peace
