Big question for you please! I fear I have vascular issues in brain. My mri of brain with contrast came back normal. But would an angiogram/mra show a more definite answer??
Essentially my question is does a regular mri of brain with contrast reveal any vascular issues or would I need an mra for that.

It depends. An MRA is better at finding vascular issues, such as aneurysms and areas of vessel narrowing. Some large vascular abnormalities will be seen on a regular MRI of the brain.
It really comes down to whether you need an MRA based on your symptoms. It's really only for a few specific purposes, like suspected strokes or aneurysms. You should talk to your doctor about whether you need an MRA.
