Barcelona is the most beautiful city ever, no city in the US can compare to any city in Europe. Maybe the plants are similar but the people the food the culture omg stay in Europe guys!

I love that your style is so simple when traveling but overall neutral, and that you're not one of those typical "influencers" who pack crazy outfits and take pictures all day. You really give real inspiration on how to style and mix-match your clothes to accomplish different styles :-)

Mo is absolutely right about keeping a routine as much as possible, especially about diet, hrs of sleep, work out, meditate… as much as possible, even when on holidays. I am also gluten intolerant most days and it’s always been a struggle when travelling, but it gets better and better as restaurants become more inclusive of different diets. I love the realness and authenticity in this vlog and seeing more of you and Mo together. This vlog was extremely well edited, you have such good balance and rhythm when editing.

Did you recently start eating eat again? I remember you being vegetarian. I’m curious about your journey of incorporating meat back into your diet. Did you follow a plan of any specific tips?
I think she mentioned she’s started to eat more healthy fats and protein eg salmon because of her hormones. There’s a book on hormones she recommended in previous vids (can’t remember the name sorry)
