For everyone saying the popcorn had butter.... i work at a movie theater and they don’t use real butter. It’s usually soy bean butter and coconut oil.
Ya but some theatres use butter on popcorn so u never know because I am allergic to dairy and whenever I go to the theatres I usually can have the popcorn but I’ve been to a couple and had some allergic reactions
We use butter flavor oil at our movie theater but we did get real butter packets ig it varies from theater to theater
ItsBeastly yea but they had garlic butter for their pizza so they basically failed on day 2

You guys might already know now, but it's good to peel and slice the bananas before freezing too

You can freeze bananas with the peel, but to use it, you need to let it defrost, or microwave it for 30 seconds. Then cut it in half, and squeeze out the pulp into your smoothie, or a bowl to eat like slightly melted ice cream. Add cocoa powder in either case.
After you peel the bananas, put them into a large plastic bag and lay them side by side without touching. Then freeze the bag. Makes it a lot easier to separate when you decide to use them.

It should be. Go to any grocery store. It's sold in the non-refrigerated snack aisle next to the popcorn. That alone should tell you that it's not real butter.

I worked in a theatre can confirm it's liquid fat lol I literally can't get popcorn at theatres anymore because of working at one. Ruined for life.

*Oreo Shake*
Ingredients
Oreos (as much as you want)
Soy Milk (4 cups)
Frozen Banana (2)
Steps
Blend up banana and milk
Crush the Oreos and mix in
Sprinkle some Oreos on the top for fun
Enjoy!
*Fudge Bites*
Ingredients
*DARK* chocolates (as much as you want)
Soy milk (1 1/2)
Peanut butter (1/2)
Steps
Melt chocolate and mix in milk
Add some peanut butter to help thickens
Put in cupcakes liner or tray
Freeze over night
Enjoy!
*Mocha Shake*
Ingredients
2 Cups Of Vanilla *bean* *coconut* ice cream
1-2 tsp Of unsweetened coco powder
1/2-3/4 cup of brew coffee (chilled)
Steps
Add all ingredients in blender slowly and tasting along the way.
Once perfection add coco powder on top and enjoy

It’s not because they put milk and eggs is most of the pastas. If you want pasta, you should get quinoa, gabanzo bean(chickpea), and lentil pastas.

Until I tried going vegan I *NEVER* realized how many menu items actually have meat or dairy in them (and snacks/desserts with gelatin). Thank you for making this video because it is really tough to eat out (not cook @ home) and also try to stick to a vegan diet unless you go to a designated vegan place

Um, as a 20-year vegetarian and an aspiring vegan, there’s a lot of great food you can eat that doesn’t contain meat, eggs or cheese. It can be done. I eat this way for health reasons, and so far it’s working. My health has improved and I don’t feel deprived.

Dickie Blues I am not vegan or vegetarian and I have never been one but I also like vegan yoghurt more than normal yoghurt. I think I would like the vegan cheese more if I lived in the usa but the normal cheese is so good where I live 🙂
