helpful video, esp the part that says to take the cartridge out of the box & then to take the plastic off of the cartridge... i might've kept the plastic bag on before installing LOL....seriously though thanks for the info for my 1st hp laser toner replacement. very helpful

@@HPSupport I had a problem with my printer the other day, and I didn't know what to do!!!! I had a problem with the ink, so I google on how to change the ink for an HP Laserjet printer, and this video popped up! I am glad I found my path! Thank you, HP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At 1:55 you ask to insert the cartridge into the printer, but you don't show clearly which side of the cartridge should be up.
And at 2:14 you ask to close the print cartridge door. But that is not so simple, because you have to use some force to push the door down. For the rest, this film is really helpful. Thanks.

when putting the new toner in keep in mind that it has two different sides. One with plastic and one with metal. Plastic part goes right into the slides like shown in the video.

How can I print colours and photocopy by colours with this printer
+Jana Amr As per the Printer Specifications for HP LaserJet Pro M1130 and M1210 Multifunction Printer Series, and HP HotSpot LaserJet Pro M1218nfs MFP Series document ( ow.ly/Y5Tpj ) shows that this printer is a single-color printer, therefore there is no ability to print or photocopy in color.
I did all the steps in the video. The printer is still asking for a new cartridge… what should I do ? :-/ should I do something in the settings ?
