    Hello friends! Here I share with you my healthy recipes, recipes for weight loss, recipes always with oatmeal! I love oatmeal, it is very healthy and very good. I also often use bananas to give a sweet touch to recipes. Platano is very energetic and very good. And for a change I sometimes add cocoa, it gives a very interesting touch to desserts. And another fruit that I like is apple, apple with oatmeal is great. And these two fruits, banana and apple, are a great combination, I love them in combination with oatmeal!     Recipe and ingredients:
    1 cup of oatmeal.
    20 g almonds.
    1 tablespoon baking powder.
    10 g of nuts.
    60 ml of plant milk.
    30 g cranberries.
    1 banana.
    1 tablespoon flax seeds.
    2 tablespoons coconut flakes.
    2 tablespoons of honey.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
    Very healthy!

    Honey contains sucrose ( glucose & fructose)so it is made with sugar indirectly

    Bonjour . vôtre recette a l'air bonne mais dommage que vous n'avez pas moulu les graines de lins car les enveloppes de ces graines sont dur et non moulu on ne profite pas de ces bienfaits car notre corps n'est pas capable de les digéré !
