Rapidly Progressive Glomerulonephritis ( RPGN)

The most common histologic picture is the presence of crescents in most of the glomeruli (crescentic glomerulonephritis)
1.Type 1: Anti GBM Antibody: Renal limited, Good Pasture syndrome
2. Type 2 Immune Complex : Idiopathic, Post-infectious glomerulonephritis, Lupus nephritis, Henoch-Schönlein purpura, IgA nephropathy
3. Type 3 ANCA-associated Pauci Immune: Idiopathic, Wegener granulomatosis, Microscopic polyangiitis
