Or something along the lines of that. Because Denki, isn't dumb. He just gets his brain fried when he's using a quirk and yes while he can act chaotic and childish. He's actually really smart. How else did he get into UA and class 1-a? They don't just let you in because if your quirk... Take Midoriya for example. He barely used his quirk in the beginning and he didn't have control of it then so it practically would be useless. But he still got in because of his test scores and the fact that he saved Uraraka. Sorry for this again. I don't mean to offend anyone. It's just my thought on things.
