I have a Gemmy swinging snowflake Snow Miser w blue vest and his top hat arm is no longer functioning do you have a suggestion on where I can get it repaired

All the Snowflake spinners and hip swinging stuff have pin, and you just have to keep looking because the peppermint ones were only made in 2005 and 2006
aclthly. i found a peppermint spinning snowman you bid off of, but the bidding is goning too high so i got the booty shaking snowman instead. the small blue one. but a few days later. i found other one by other seller that sells the peppermint spinning snowwoman. but that one is way more expeseev then snowwoman. so i got the snowwoman instead. and one day later the snowman got sold out. so i don't know there goning to be other one ever. :(
