Greed, cruelty, arrogance, he represents all of that. His power is called Idle Transfiguration. It allows him to touch people's souls and change their shape, which is how he turned all those people into monsters and turds. He can also change the shape of his own soul, which lets him shape-shift, and he's immune to physical damage as long as it doesn't also hit his soul.
