I always get confused on this. What helps me is to pick a spot on the conductor or thing that is going to conduct current. Then from that point of view, I imagine when I look at the magnet I can see the magnetic field lines. I don't care about the amount but how much they charge. So we the pole passes by our through my coil and I imagine seeing a lot of lines I know my voltage will be high. It tricks me because it feels different than a dc motor which wants to align poles need on the magnetic induced by the slip ring coil
My generator rated speed 3000 but i will rotate 1500 rpm how much voltage and frequency produce?
