I went on Monday 26th June this year- hadn’t been for years - to get Swarm and Saw creds. 2hr queue for Swarm, 1hour+ single-rider for Saw. Only managed 3 coaster rides all day. Park rammed. Tried Ghost Train for the first time (shows how long it had been since my previous visit), waited an hour for it to- rubbish - embarrassing- tear it down! Awful day, in no hurry to go back, even for Hyperia.
If this was friday 13th then we were having the same issue at Alton Towers. We had shocking signal bandwidth all day due to the amount of people there. Also I'm now convinced that kids don't go to school anymore. Theyre always on trips to theme parks 😅
I just had a thought. Didn't Thorpe park do a ministry of sound night. Roller coasters in the dark with classic house and trance. That would be so much better than some wally shouting in my face 😂
Nice vlog Andy, hopefully someone from Thorpe will see this vlog and hopefully get things sorted out, thankfully when I went everything ran smoothly although mobile signal was terrible in quite a few areas too 👍🏻, ridiculous how busy it is on a weekday, just shows quite a few parents don’t care about their children these days.
Yeah my 4G rarely works at Thorpe, i hope they can sort that out somehow. I know they have Wifi round the park, i sometimes can connect to it at certain areas round the resort
Yeah I get that but what I getting at was people who went to the press night for Fright Nights were more interested in the new coaster name rather than the scare event they were supposed to promote lol

Fridays. are busy , people make it a long weekend or skive off school, thinking i will miss survival games , not really done mazes before gonna they some this year at fright nights
That single rider policy (i.e no single riders) - that's crazy for the price you pay to get in! But I'm glad the mazes were great quality - thanks for another fun vlog Andy
7:18 no way man looks at the wrong angel of construction and says no activity... its literally been progressing rapidly for the last month, did you even attempt to look from the the other angle?
Of course I looked at the right angle lol I work in construction and know about things like this, obviously most of the work taken place was underground so “couldn’t see much” ! A week after this video was recorded loads of supports and track have gone in which is great to see
Funny thing is that I had a signal and 4G but because everyone at the park was online at the same time coverage was impossible to get even using their Wi-Fi only worked now and again

No one had internet so I was told to use the parks Wi-Fi and it only worked with the Thorpe Park app which was pointless

I definitely think Exodus would have been a better name for the new coaster, it fits in nicely with the dark theme
They ain’t going with a dark theme tho, I do prefer Exodus as well
