This is my daughter's song. She is 5 and she got diagnosed with cancer in December. We just got the dreadful news, chemo isn't working 😢

I lost my friend and her and I had hard relationships. Right after I got goosebumps on my arms, I heard God tell me to find your friend. This song hits hard as I deal with very debilitating anxiety and stress, I work everyday trying so hard to push through it. Some days I manage most days I fail and panic all day. As a person that left being a Christian when I was a teenager God brought me back to him but I still fail over and over I know God loves me but I don't understand why I have to go through what I deal with on a daily basis.

Well, if you dont go through it, you can't be empathetic of people also in the same or similar situations. You can always learn something and help other learn it or teach them from what you go through. Even if it is that life isn't fair (example). It's easy to be told not to do something harmful to yourself. The same goes with good things for our lives. But it's hard to believe it's possible to do better. We, as a society sadly, get small relief from others failures because it reminds us that other people are human and helps break the barriers of impossibly high standards. But same goes the other way. We, as a society sadly, often become upset or jealous of people who are doing better for themselves than us because it reminds ourselves of the goals we didn't meet, dreams we didn't chase or character flaw(s) you have that hold you back. I guess my point is, it's easy to ask why is it happening to me? It's hard to, key word - objectively, ask yourself if you caused the issue/problem/disaster and what you could have done better. To extend on that. If you didn't cause it, then what can you do about it or the problem it causes/has caused. But you can do it. Once you believe it, you can do literally anything. It's the power of the mind. (Edit for typos sorry)

My friend was missing for almost 2 months. I started searching everywhere I could to locate him. He doesn’t have any family, and I’m his only friend. I sent him this song while I was searching for him at every hospital and funeral home I could possibly think of to be relevant. I found my friend. He’s in the hospital. He got Covid and had a heart attack during recovery. I knew he was in a hospital recovering, but I didn’t know about the heart attack. He was in a drug-induced coma, so he couldn’t contact me. Anyway, this is now our song.

All you have to do is repent of your sins and accept Jesus into your heart. You aren't alone and God truly does care about you. You don't have to go through this thinking there's no cure or help for your suicidal thoughts because there is and his name is Jesus. Now you might have heard of Jesus before and might not have cared but he really does care about you and wants a relationship with you and wants to help you overcome your suicidal thoughts. I like how everyone here is so courageous to share that they are vulnerable and just trying and fighting it day by day to just get through life. I am also experiencing a hard time in life right now but God, songs and words of encouragement from family and good friends and my dreams are what keeping me alive. Its okay to admit that and let all our emotions pour. But remember, its not your final season. You are bound to experience a good and sweet life. You are not alone when facing battles because there will always be someone up there who is watching, feeling, empathising, ans loving you, and its God. You may not directly or always feel and see it, but keep believing in Him. I know its hard, but you just gotta do it anyway in your brokenness and even more in your success.
