For me the Crush tour was validation. I never gave up on Bon Jovi through the 90’s, saw every 90’s tour multiple times up close in the awesome fan club seats and when Crush came around those that previously strayed had finally came to their senses. I got to see their Crush album kickoff concert at the House of Blues and there was a palpable excitement and buzz in the air, toughest ticket to get in town, people were outside begging the lucky ones walking in for any extra tickets. Then a couple months later when waiting in line for tix to their next time through Chicago for Crush there was a HUGE line of people, like 100x what it was for KTF or TD tours, and I was smiling thinking it’s about time rest of these folks came around :-)
Omg! I went to their second night I think! I have only a few pictures from their concert, but it was amazing, my kids were asking if I had recorded the concert, I said no but maybe we can watch on RUclips? Thank you for uploading, I can’t believe 21 years has passed!
Thank you so much for this upload! There's something about crush tour that I find really special, probably because my first contact with Bon Jovi live was the crush tour VHS when I was 6 hahaha
I remember this was one of several bootlegs that I shared. The filmer knew me and that I would share it via torrent. So, he jacked the price to over a hundred dollars. Because it was the first show of the tour, some friends collectively paid the fee and we passed it on. All is good but fast forward now it's free for all. Props!
Thanks for tracking it down man! I know what you mean, paid a similar amount for the original DV tapes of Giants 06 or copies from the Philly 93 shows.
Beautiful version of Bed of Roses, I love the story of how he wrote that song. I love it when they come down to the front and do some acoustic songs, they did it in the O2 Arena in London in 2010. It's a nice little feature, like they're getting cosy with the audience ☺
Crush actually is the last great album by Bon Jovi. After that, we can see their declining. But as the fan since New Jersey, i still appreciate Jon even he is already lost his voice now.
Interesting that they brought back the mid-set acoustic section from the previous tour. I realized that it was a direct carry over when I saw they had been sat down and when Jon got up and said "let's rock" after bed of roses as he had done so many times before back in '96.
great...a Real old scool BJ show...played with energie and love. great vocals ..the band i grew up with. no Born 2 b my baby in this show ..thats unique !!
This was the last tour where they were truly at the top of their game. Didn't they play (It's Hard) Letting You Go at the show right after this one? And I really like how they did Bed of Roses at this tour, much better than the so-called "acoustic" version they played during the HAND and early LH tours!
They played it on the same leg, three shows later in Fukuoka: ruclips.net/video/eyaiGV0cZHI/видео.html And I agree about Bed Of Roses. This was a proper acoustic version and not a tuned-down rearrangement that had most of the passion sucked out of it.
@@patricioalvarez9643 I do, just gotta work on replacing the audio with the other source and polishing the video first, but I'll get it done and upload it ;)
There were a couple of earlier performances during promo shows and at warm-up concerts in mid-2000. The earliest one most likely was at Tradewinds Bar in Seabright, New Jersey, on April 27th that year ;)
They played it for the First time at Rosie's show. They played in the original key first and last time but it sounded damn good! I tried To find it but for some reason never been able to find it !
@@markwilliamsmusic2987It's a tough one since the Seabright show was on April 27th and the Rosie show on April 28th. However, the latter might've been the airdate for Rosie's show and it could've been taped a few days prior. Still haven't been able to find that one either though.
Fantastic show. I miss the old good times. Only 5 guys playing. No support. this was the real thing, feels special and magic.
Amen brother.
Yup. Thanks to RUclips i can listen to these great old times every day. They are still a good band, but they used to be outstanding.

Hands down the best post-2k performance of Living In Sin is featured here :)
The whole show is great. The guys were refreshed, full of energy and raring to go
14:34 Say It Isn't So is such an underrated song. So sad they never played it again.
In this performance, it kicks particularly!
imagine opening the concert with those 3 songs one right after the other... damn
Amazing Japan.... !!!! Jon Bon Jovi
Jon doesn´t have his "maracas" during Keep the Faith... it looks very unusually.

Thanks for this Dominik, this is great.
What a way to start a tour! And the audience reaction was fantastic, it must have spurred them on ☺
Thank you again 🎶 I adore Crush tour gigs!
Thank you for your hard work getting this to us! It was awesome!

So many years waiting for the full concert video upload... Worth all the wait! Thank you hAnD90!

I loved the unplugged segment👍
Me too! ☺

Just 12 minutes in and loving it already! Can't wait to watch the rest ☺

La mejor banda del World...
Oh my gosh!! Could that cameraman not see who was playing that solo!!!!!!?
KTF sem as maracas.
Isso é muito estranho, a movimentação do Jon kkkk
É uma marca dessa música ao vivo
o roadie esqueceu ahaha
Pure gold bro!
This is Bon Jovi
Not Jon Bon Jovi and friends
Or Jon Bon Jovi feat. JOHN SHANK
exactly.
Once Shanks got involved with this band, it was all but over. Sad they could have kept going but sharks entering and Sambora leaving destroyed them.
I love Bon Jovi l don’t care what you say about Jon he’s a great frontman and yes l do miss richie and poor Aex may he rest in peace.
espetacular top de mais
Simplesmente amo💜💖🧡
Bon Jovi when you come
❤️

I kinda like the moves in One Wild Night... Maybe a bit too Ricky Martinish, but funny :)

Did jon sing livin on a prayer with his original voice because it doesn't sound like the 2000s voice?
What do you mean? He sung it with his 2000 voice
@@zhelyazkopetkov8211 I mean did he sing livin on a prayer like back in 90s
@@WyneSw2 yeah his voice wasnt that changed at this time
Without Richie there is no Bon Jovi.
A lot of the comments below are repeated by other people - great minds think alike, ha ha! Or maybe it's all the same person using different names
Is this th first "It's My Life" live performance??

Why does Jon always have to have the camera on him? There are other members in the band besides him.... like 4 more people!
