They already were posing as aid workers and civilians. Humas had a large heads up when they noticed the aid trucks firing on a crowd of civilians. Isn't real had an exact modle of the building for months. They knew it's exact lay out and construction. And since they include combatants in their casualty numbers that means you have to subtract 22,000 from your number to get the civilian count…which is terrible….but less than half of what the claim is….which makes it average for a war. This is why the house voted to not accept the casualty claims coming from Hamas.
