    Leker Cokelat Keju
    Bahan:
    8 sdm tepung beras
    2 sdm tepung terigu
    2 sdm tepung maizena
    7 sdm gula pasir
    ½ sdt vanili bubuk
    ½ sdt baking powder
    1 butir telur
    230 gr susu
    Topping:
    Susu kental manis
    Cokelat meses
    Keju
    Cara membuat:
    1. Campurkan tepung beras, tepung terigu, tepung maizena, gula pasir, vanili bubuk, dan baking powder. Aduk hingga rata
    2. Masukkan telur dan susu. Aduk hingga rata
    3. Saring adonan
    4. Tuang adonan di teflon, masak dengan api kecil
    5. Leker mulai kecokelatan, beri topping dan lipat.
    Choco Cheese Leker
    Ingredients:
    8 tbsp rice flour
    2 tbsp all purpose flour
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    7 tbsp granulated sugar
    ½ tsp vanilla powder
    ½ tsp baking powder
    1 egg
    230 gr milk
    Toppings:
    Sweetened condensed milk
    Chocolate sprinkles
    Cheese
    Steps:
    1. Mix rice flour, all purpose flour, cornstarch, granulated sugar, vanilla powder and baking powder. Mix well
    2. Add egg and milk. Mix well
    3. Strain the mixture
    4. Pour the mixture on the teflon, cook over low heat
    5. Leker is starting to brown, add topping and fold.
