Todd great video. I have seen so many custom large castle Grayskull's on google and was always wondering what would be like to have one on a room. It looks big but still acceptable considering some display cases are larger than 4 feet. It will be great to have one that size that can open as a book to show the interior with multiple levels to display the figures. And of course with lights.

I could see the company one day designing an AR like this but more detailed of its playsets and that program coming with a plastic, wire or cardboard "skeleton" of the same playset that had shelves everywhere a character could should be able to stand. Though it would requiere some type of goggle/headset to view it through so hands were free, but they do that fairly cheaply already for VR, I think.
you are correct, I guess you stopped watching the video before the end, I use some trig, and figure out the ladder is at 77 degs, and the final size is just slightly over 16 feet.

I know they said they made the Origins Eternia playset big enough for Masterverse but yeah that's already plenty expensive. I don't collect Origins but I did buy the Origins Grayskull in a clearance to use as a backdrop for my Masterverse figure posing.
I have the Revelation Artbook and Castle Grayskull in that is Huge. There an Isometric view of it with He-Man on the Jawbridge and he is Tiny. It's a Proper Castle sized Castle. Going by the scale my entire house could fit on just the Jawbridge with room to spare.

That is a very awesome video! That AR is great. I'm building a 3 foot tall Castle for my origins figures. Its only the front half of the castle and it takes up soooo much room already. I think a 4 foot castle would be the right size for 5.5" figures, but you would need to dedicate almost an entire room to it. Love the video. How tall is Filmation castle? For me, that's the gold standard.
I think it changes scale sometimes too. Plus if you look at the pics of inside the castle, there's no way all those rooms would fit inside. I tried to put them in mine and there's just no way. Filmation snake mountain would probably hit your ceiling at least.

Yes, considering the Classics castle costs 4 times as much as the Origins playset, this would be exorbitantly expensive and heavy. The only way to feasibly do this would be to make it out of cardboard as a huge diorama.
Put "castle grayskull bed" in the search bar. The made really a big one. Fill up a room big. What I think is a good size is just big enough for He-man riding Battle-cat out the door. So the one in the video is 4 feet tall. To me 3 feet to 1 meter tall would be big enough.
Also if these were cost effective, people could keep them in their backyards and let them get a little weathered for more effect and to save space inside their house.
probably 6 to 7 feet is better- still needs room for the point dread on one of the tower and the bridge is still not that long, Beastman could easily jump that gap if I will make a custom one - but imagine if a company would actually make one that big it would be awesome and .....well pricey. cool rendition and video
RUclipsr Hollywood Haunter already made one bigger than that for his kid as a bedroom/playset. He also did a progress video; pretty cool to watch. I use the Construx motu figures/vehicles to go with my Origins Grayskull and plan to do the same with the Eternia + snake mountain when they come out. I feel that the scale of the figure to the playset give it a very grand look.
I want to see the castle’s proportions scaled. The towers are way too slim compared to He-Man. The windows need resized and there’s more. Also surprised you didn’t reference Nunney Castle. The castle they used as reference.
Now seriously: the classics-castle should be good for origins-scale I´d say. The insides are too big, like the throne and other things. But If I had both castles I would optimize the classics one with origins-parts for origins-figures. ... or so ...
In reality these ginormous Castles will burn a huge hole in our wallets anyways • Not to mention the space that they will take up in our homes. • Solution: Keep the MOTU figures small sized at 5inch like the MOTU Origins or smaller like the Imaginext figures example.... that way the Castle (Origin, Classics, Retro, 200x, etc etc etc...) will be "big" enough them ✅ • Solution 2: Mattel (if you are LUSTENING) , I hope you make "extensions" to the Castle Grayskull like example we have Point Dread right? why not make the lower levels of the Castle so thet the existing castle can sit on top of this base and form a deeper Castle Grayskull??? That's why I use the Classics playset for Origins. The footpegs are the same size, and the dungeon cell is perfect for Origins figures.
