Regarding the "art filters," after I completed and uploaded the video, I gave it one more try. The filters only work correctly, if you scale back the resolution. At 4K (48MP), it was hit or miss when it came to saving the image, but at 7MP, it worked as intended. The UV filter seems to be designed to trick people into thinking the lens is somehow of higher quality.
