wow, 40 lbs of thrust at only $ 17,000.00 US dollars. wish I had the math to convert that to usable, measurable power out put. longevity, and use as a generator comes to mind
17K ? You must be kidding lol...I just bought a 46lbs jet engine for $1,900 lol look up AMT turbines and see the similarity. A single stage turbine is not that efficient either.
Yadher Bustamante. Most engine manufacturers use inconel for the turbine. Even my home built 22lbs thrust miniature jet engine has a 66mm diameter Inconel 718 turbine wheel, Inconel NGV's (Nozzle Guide Vanes) and Inconel fuel vaporizer tubes.
a propeller and piston engine would be more efficient and cheaper to run these slow and light planes.
A work of machining art
plane manufacturers need this.. on a bigget scale
Jet engines are loud. Is Amazon going to use this to deliver stuff to your home?
If you can drop the price price below five grand that be great
or for 4 grand you can get a rc turbine that works exactly the same and puts out 49lbs of thrust
Does this have a axial flow compressor for for the bypass ratio?
No, it only has a centrifugal compressor
JET-RPM Sweden!! I have a powerful engine from them on my bike!
i hope Bennie at AMT has seen this, he is either supplying them parts or its a direct rip off of his olympus
I have been searching micro jet engine price and using. Please help me. Tell me about it.
Wow I feel like I traveled to the future! That'll radically change the UAV game for good!
It's a quantum leap forward - the bleeding edge of aerospace tech, especially the wings.

yea, I rather go with three jet cats lol. the only thing that makes this worth it is. the Inconel, that changes the game some. more professional use

This will be useful in RC jets. Only the Germans supplied this small engines.
I need to buy one how
Skynet Next?
Haha
Netflix has revenge of the electric car. no excuses.
it's time to everyone can make cruising missile.
Nice copied from German technology.
at this point everyone is working on the same engine, just tweeking their design a fraction. at 17k, they are kidding themselves.
electric ...
hurry up on affordable electric vehicles... tired of seeing people suffer from carbon burn off's... monoxide etc..
