If it wasn't for SA they would be sitting under a tree shem. SA is the only country which has infrastructure. In other African countries they wouldn't even be able to supply those sitting chairs. All delegates will be standing. Remember also all of them are here to finally see Sandton and many will be gathering at Mandela Square to take a picture home. After all this many will be splashing their corrupt monies in Sandton, especially diamond walk.
They cannot change the venue because the AU does not have the money and it is our tax payer that accommodates and run this useless organisation.
